The whole experience from we enter the shop to the different choices of beds available was very good. The sales person (Mohamed) was very helpful in helping us to make the right decision. He was very knowledgeable, informative and was ver humorous which helped to make the experience pleasant.

My Beautiful Bed
Friendly polite staff.Mohammed helped me by recommending laying on the mattress that was linked to the computer ,that would help me choose the right mattress for me.Delivery on time. Mark and Shaun were very respectful of my newly painted wall when taking bed upstairs.
Took all packinging when they left.
Satisfied customer, would recommend the Colindale Store.

Dreams... Colindale
Prior to my visit, I visited Benson Beds across the road from Dreams. Compared to that company Dreams had alot more to offer, and we're alot friendlier. The Dreams assistant Wojciech was very helpful. I told him my budget, he let me try the machine that advises the best mattress suited for my body. He was patient as I was very indecisive. In the end we found the perfect bed and mattress and I even saved a little money. I would definitely recommend him and the Colindale Store, and now Dream would be my first point of call when I need another bed.. Which will be very soon as were doing up the kids bedrooms soon.

Purchase of new Mattress and Disposal of Old One.

Took away old matress without any fuss and made the transaction a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience mainly due to the very good sales person that assisted us, Wojtejch. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various brands and styles and also very helpful with advice on various aspects of our requirements. We felt that his advice was very useful, not biased to any particular brand and was aimed to get the best for us. We are very satisfied with the new mattress having had it for 2 weeks now. I would recommend Dreams and Wojtejch in particular
