Superking Bed.
From start to finish been a positive experience from ordering in Essex to delivery in Scotland due to moving the whole process has been very good. Bed and mattress very comfortable as well. Would recommend Dreams to anyone.

Excellent service in Colchester branch
Excellent service in Colchester branch, very helpful, quick and efficient service from Amanda.
My bed was delivered on time with in the time slot I was given. The delivery drivers Daniel and Taylor were very polite and helpful. They even took their shoes off! Cleared up all rubbish and left my sons room tidy. Taylor explained how I should look after the mattress and the way I should lift up the bed etc. Great customer service from start to finish. Well done and thank you.

What an awful mattress
What an awful mattress! We tried the sleep machine and it recommended a Hyde and sleep firm mattress along with a few other options.
A few months down the line the mattress has dipped massively! We have had this mattress for 2 years now and will be replacing as it is just awful. Waking up everyday in pain. I believe Hyde and sleep is a mattress made by dreams. AVOID!!!

Disgusted/ compensation now offered
We are two elderly pensioners with health problems! We requested in the shop that our new bed was assembled and the packaging removed.
It was delivered to our bedroom but the guys refused to help us unpack or assemble they told us we had to do it ourselves!!!
I have emailed a complaint and been totally ignored!!!
I have just had a call and an apology and an offer of £85 to be credited to my account for the error and upset caused

Sales assistant knew all about the products, extremely helpful and not pushy for a sale. Once purchased arrived as planned by very careful and polite delivery team.

Obviously delivered an item that has either been returned or not in original packaging
Got our delivery of our new mattress to find that there was black marks on the corners of the mattress which leads me to strongly suspect that this mattress has been returned and repackaged. It's not too much to expect that when you buy new you get new. I know they have a 100 night sleep trial but if this is a returned item I don't want it.
