The lady was so helpful, we tried the sleep match and she showed us the mattress that would suit us. No pressure to buy, made us a cup of coffee to discuss with each other our options.

I had issues with my base I ordered in store, they sent the wrong size, but after writing a poor review, I must say that Dreams have gone above and beyond in solving this problem. I am happy to say the service has been amazing, thankyou Mr Walsh for making it happen.

Such an easy purchase
Such an easy purchase, Rob was amazing and showed me round and left me to make a decision, no pressure, gave great advice. The mattress is so good, very comfortable and no aching when I wake up. This is why I always go to dreams.

A Good Experience
Pleasant salesman in the shop, listened to our requirements and advised us accordingly. Delivery happened when it should and how it should. Helpful delivery man assembled the bed we had purchased but also fitted our old headboard to it and put the bed in place.
The bed is in a spare room, the only person who has used it so far said it's a little firm but I'm sure that will ease with use.

The mattress is very comfortable but…
The mattress is very comfortable but the downside is that it's also very heavy, no way that my wife could actually move the thing around as recommended. It's also difficult to tuck a covering sheet in due to the weight of the thing. Delivery guys were very good and helpful, it's not something I would want to lug upstairs on my own!

Comfortable mattress nice and firm and it’s perfect for my back which after two major operations needs a firm base at night and the Matress I chose is giving me a good nights sleep and does not leave me in any pain in the mornings when I wake up, thank you.
