I have been looking for an affordable adjustable bed for some time and had looked at numerous outlets and online sites with none that where either in my price range or of good quality. That was, however, not the problem with Dreams. I was greeted by Lynn and given time to browse (no hard selling used), appropriately, I was then asked what I was looking for. The bed is for my 83 year old mum who's also blind and disabled and having had a long stay in hospital. Lynn spent the appropriate amount of time explaining what options where available and listened to my quite specific requirements. She gave options that where best suited including NOT selling the most expensive mattress as it wouldn't have been right. I left to consider my options and given a printed quote and contact details.After I (eventually) made the decision the next day, a colleague picked up where I left off Inc offering tea/coffee and patiently updated my new requirements so I could compare. Sealed the deal and also found an additional code to further lower the price (plus 20% off the frame, free delivery, free bed assembly, free mattress protector!!!) sorry for the long review but compared to other outlets, the customer service and all in all service was great. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in the store and until our bed and mattresses' were set up the staff could not have been more helpful. An excellent service.

Staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful, we having been using this store for over 10 years now.

Delivery & assembly was quick and efficient.
We visited other bed shops, just not the same atmosphere as Dreams Chelmsford.

Great service. The assistant was very professional but not pushy. Answerd all our questions and even laughed at my jokes.

Shop staff were knowledgeable polite and very pleasant. We were offered a coffee which we declined but it's a lovely, especially as it was snowing outside. Delivery arrived on time and driver and co driver were pleasant and friendly.

We ourchased two bed frames from the Dreams Chelmsford Store. Excellent service by Maria in the store. Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Thereafter, a timely and smooth delivery. The two member delivery team was professional and courteous. They nicely assembled the two beds. The beds are nice. We are happy. One feedback is that the beds gave off a strong chemical smell, which took a few days to dissipate.

Had fantastic customer service from the moment we walked into the store, we used the sleep machine whilst the assistant went to make us a drink, once she returned we set out to find our mattress the assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful, everything was explained to us, delivery was just as good, we are enjoying our good nights sleep, thank you dreams excellent from start to finish. Can’t remember the assistants name, she was a credit to the company, we shopped on a Sunday in Chelmsford store.

Perfect and comfortable

The whole experience was good from start to finish the staff in the Chelmsford branch were really helpful and made sure we purchased the right mattress and the two men who delivered the mattress were exceptionally helpful.

Salesman knew all about the bed told us everything, when ordering, arranging delivery and building bed, very straight forward took just moments.
Delivered on time, built the bed and took old one away.Perfect

Excellent staff...very understanding and helpful, the lady I spoke to did everything she could to help me find the right pillow as I suffer from neck problems...her advice was very good
