Very good quality.Bed is made of good quality wood. The dimensions given on the website are real. Simple to assemble. Delivery on time. The team at the store was very helpful.I highly recommend.

Excellent All Round
The purchase and delivery of our new mattress has been excellent throughout. The staff member in the store was very helpful and patient, allowing us time to arrive at our decision having suggested possible options initially. The purchase and order process was simple and straightforward.
Delivery was made on our chosen date and, as promised, we were given a two-hour delivery window on the day. Delivery was on time, with the old mattress removed, and the new one installed carefully. No worries about damage to doors, furniture or paintwork.
All round first class.

Sleeping so much better
Ordering was easy and delivery tracked. On delivery the men brought the mattress through to bedroom for us. We wanted a firmer mattress for health reasons. Our choice was the right one and we are sleeping so much better. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We needed a mattress that was…
We needed a mattress that was specifically orientated to our back problems. We were offered a selection of mattresses to try, given time to assess each one, with no pressure from staff to make a hasty decision.
Overall a very positive experience and we are delighted with our final choice.

Visited Dreams at Carlisle, to purchase a matteress. Knowledgeable staff, with a great range of products. Stress free purchase. We purchased a single mattress for our spare room. The lady who served us (sorry forgot her name, blond hair) was lovely. Purchasing was a stress free experience, thank you Carlisle.
