From first purchasing our bed in the shop to the point of delviery the process was super easy and efficient. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend to all our friends and family

Waiting for the bed, bedside table not much used without the bed.
Dreams have now offered compensation, so we’re now happy with their service.

The men that came to deliver and put my bed together, were on time, very professional and polite, most of all they were very patient and understanding with my husband who has dementia.
They showed me how to use the bed safely, and left no rubbish or mess, I didn’t even need to hoover after them. Well done to them and many thanks.

It started in store with Stacey, she was knowledgeable, informative and most importantly, not pushy! We were able to take our time, try the beds for comfort and chose the best colour. The delivery service was first class, we paid for the recycling and delivery to the room, worth every penny. Great communication throughout the process.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We used their Sleepmatch technology to find our ideal mattresses which took 3 minutes. Had a thoroughly great experience. Highly recommend.

From the moment we entered the showroom we were met by a salesman who impressed us both by his knowledge of the products on view,his patience .
The delivery very efficient, the delivery team kept us updated of the change in times.
And lastly the bed is extremely comfortable.
I have 1 complaint the bed is so comfortable the I have difficulty getting out of it.

The gentleman who attended to us was absolutely lovely, very friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and provided us with so much helpful information about the bed we were interested in, which made our decision much easier. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated his professionalism and approach.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but I hope this feedback reaches him because he made our experience a very pleasant one. It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuinely helpful service.
