I was served by a lovely young man named Josh. He didn't rush me into making a decision on which bed I wanted and needed. He was so patient with me as I know what I wanted but I also needed to look at what my needs were, due to mobility issues. His customer service was excellent and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He is a credit to your company and I felt trust in him to look after me. Well done Josh!

Sleep assessment machine was great. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable. Took time with my 90 year old dad to make him feel comfortable making a big decision without no pressure.

Good bed and mattress
A bit expensive but would rather be able to test comfort in a store rather than just hope if buying online

Entered shop again asked did we want help then did we want coffee great service but Charley last time this time another young lady what a lovely lad but I forgotten his name , I never knew there were so many pillows , but I was helped by a super young lad and he soon got me two new pillows which I will say are great

The store has a 3D sleepmatch system that gives you recommendations to choose from which takes the guesswork out and saves you getting it wrong! The store manageress was extremely knowledgeable, patient while I was choosing and helpful with all my questions. Everything was delivered exactly as promised and the quality is great, I sleep like a baby now!

We went on a wet Saturday afternoon, agreeing, "only this shop; it's too miserable" The 'one' shop was shut down. 0ne of us had another faint memory, on our way home. "Why do so many bad drivers go shopping in such bad weather. After a few toots, emergency stops and opinions, "she's too old'', we found our DREAM in Newport Road. Cardiff. From then on everything was delightful; helpful guidance on features and financial choices given courteusly. Delivery arrangements spot on. On our return journey the weather had improved , as had the driving skills of others.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Greeted when entering the store and then left to browse without pressure until we had questions which were answered promptly.

Great experience , very knowledgeable staff who gave great advice about the products , also insight of what extras were available for each bed. Easy process when buying sat down with all info and was done in about 15 mins , and had delivery in less than a week , couldn’t ask for more

Had my mattress delivered hastle free all delivered on time great service with that. im so impressed with the service gone from having a waterbed of 20 yrs went to see manager Mark who explained every thing about mattresses.. benifits of different types and the large selection mark made it so easy to choose from massive selection he helped me choose the perfect one for my needs highly recommend dreams and a big shout out to mark for ur professional ways 😀 im abso in love with the mattress cant big this company up enough see you next week for one for my dad thanks again

The lady who served us, think her name was Pamela was very helpful in selecting a mattress for us, very polite and friendly also offering us a cup of tea.
