The staff both in the shop and the delivery staff were absolutely excellent.

There were problems with one of the bed frames being incorrectly made (missing 2 holes and 50% of the screws). Also one of the feet was broken, I contacted customer support to see if I could pick one up in the shop, I was told that I couldn't and they would send some to me. 1 week later when I complained I was again sent some more first ones turned up in 3 weeks the second parcel was over a month later. I returned both to the shop and was told they hold spares and could have sorted me out immediately. hence the reduction to 4 stars.

It was easy from start to finish.
The sleep match process is brilliant.
The advisor gave me all the options and I ordered a few weeks later. Delivery came by the end of the week.

Loved the mattress and the frame. 4 starts due to the long waiting time to get it delivered.

So easy, convenient and super quick. Two guys got rid of old bed and constructed new one in place in about 45 minutes. Left nothing behind, couldn’t ask for more.

The sales person at the Brislington Bristol branch was extremely helpful, listened to what we wanted and used the Sleepmatch device to narrow down the mattress choices. We left with two double bed bases, two mattresses and one pillow and paid for delivery to the room but not installation.
Delivery was on time and extremely good the parts were heavy so I was glad that I had paid for delivery to the room, delivery people were friendly took great care and even explained the build process for me to ensure it would run well.
Then it fell down quite a bit,
1, Lots of threads coming off of the material covering.
2, 50% of screw holes were empty so I can only assume that they were short of screws (fixing the floor to the Ottoman space)
3, One bolt hole had not been drilled that allowed the top of the bed to be bolted between the 2 halves. With some tape and a drill bit I manged to work out the location and make my own hole.
4, One of the feet was broken, I phoned customer support in the hope that they would carry some small stock of spares in the stores. They don't! I was told that they would post a replacement so far 6 days later I don't have it.
Given that I live in a real house there is not room to not use the new beds.
So the lack of available spare parts and the low quality of the bedframes has somewhat soured the experience.

I recently bought a bed in Dreams at Brislington and found the in store customer service excellent. Reiss who served me was very helpful, polite and friendly.
The delivery of the bed was done very efficiently, they were on time and quickly set the bed up for me.
I would definitely recommend this store.

Delivery of new Dreams Mattress and recycle of old mattress
From order to delivery everything went according to information provided. From delivery of bag to wrap old mattress, delivery of free pillows by different company to delivery of new mattress. All emails and/or text messages and phone call from delivery men were precise and happened as stated. Delivery men were extremely helpful and polite. The whole experience was completely stress free. Thank you Dreams.

Great customer service in store, with helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. This made my purchase easier, as this was my first time buying from Dreams. Called the store today (22/09) to change my delivery date and was greeted with a professional service.
