Got a mattress from dreams I told you online because I am disabled
I got mattress from dreams you bring them up and the staff aren't very helpful and I ask if I could change it this said I could what the mattress I wanted to change it to was cheaper and I said I've only get the rest in vouchers what can you do with vouchers and I'm unemployed and don't get much money and and I will not get my money back for the rest

Great service.
I ordered a new bed and headboard. I chose a delivery date two weeks ahead, so delivery was free.
Bed arrived on the day, two very helpful chaps took no time to assemble the bed and show me how the bed opened for storage space beneath and close again.
They took all the packaging away with them.
Great job and competitive pricing.

Delivery was perfect
Delivery was perfectly timed. The men looked at the room and space the mattress had to go. Shoe coverings were worn and the mattress was on my bed in minutes. Relevant advice was given and leaflet explained. Extremely polite and efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Amazing helpful staff, got a new mattress
As the first stop on our hunt for a new mattress we popped into Dreams Aberdeen Union Square - team were lovely, really friendly and welcoming. A really helpful lady (whose name I didn’t catch sadly - blonde hair and brown eyes) helped understand what we need, as we didn’t know anything about mattresses. Was really knowledgeable - we were really happy with her advice and honest, friendly approach to helping us choose; & making us aware of warranty and swap options too.
We had our purchase processed by Laura, very friendly & helpful, walked us through the process and made sure we knew all about purchase, delivery, mattress disposal and got our delivery date booked in. Also made us aware of the flexibilities Dreams offers on delivery times, payment, etc - which we were impressed by.
A lovely gentleman also provided us with amazing memory foam pillows to test out the mattresses with, and another one offered us some water.
We were very impressed by the team and service at this Dreams store, and the mattresses offered. Very happy to get what we needed in the first store we visited too, avoided a long search round many stores and choice-overload. Two new loyal customers acquired!
