Excellent communication and information provided.

I purchased a pressure washer (98679) from an authorised Draper seller via eBay. After inspecting the pressure washer I noticed that a particular screw was missing that fastened a bottom hose tray onto the washer itself. I contacted Draper customer support to ask if it was possible to send me the missing screw. Fran answered my email quickly and asked if I could point out the specific part required from a detailed parts diagram of the washer. Once I confirmed the required part number Fran arranged to have it posted out to me free of charge. This is fantastic customer service and after having read the many other great reviews left by customers I am very impressed! I will definitely be buying further Draper products based on their quality and the way customer service is handled. Great job Draper. Please pass on my kind regards to Fran and to your company as a whole.

Great item and service. I had an issue with fitting one of the shelves and approached the customer service team who reviewed the video I sent, got technical support and solved the issue, sending me a return video which worked a treat. The unit itself if superbly built and finished and everything makes a satisfactory click or glides into place. It is a lovely addition to my garage.

I recently returned my jetwasher for service & repair expecting quite a costly repair or a wrightoff as it was well out of warranty which I was quite happy about.
Within two weeks a new machine was delivered to my door under warranty replacement. WOW! this is customer care at a different level!

Absolutely Fantastic.

For some time, I have been searching for a tool roller cabinet and 2 full height double door floor cabinets for my garage. The dimensions had to be correct for the size of my garage, to ensure that they fit.
Having searched multiple companies without much success, I was instantly drawn towards the Bunker brand. The dimensions of the products were correct and the styling looked awesome.

The one thing that kept me from buying sooner, was the lack of reviews for these products and I generally spend a lot of time reading reviews, especially if it’s an expensive purchase.

In the end I went with my gut instinct and made the purchase through a Bunker supplier. I am so glad that I did. The products I ordered were:

X1 Draper 08238 BUNKER® 15 Drawer Workbench Roller Tool Cabinet, 61" Grey & X2 Draper 33166 Bunker Modular 2 Door Tall Floor Cabinets, 915mm.

The delivery came directly from Bunker and the units arrived on a double pallet. The packaging was immense, but it meant the products were well protected. Upon opening the package, I was impressed with the quality of the items, not a single dent or scratch which was great.

The roller cabinet already had the wheels installed so it was easy to take off the pallet. It came with two keys and a single handle which I opted to not install. It also came with a bottle opener, which I hope to get much use out of :). The drawers are fully lined and have a soft close function and they feel smooth to open and close. The keys operate as expected.

For the floor cabinets, again well packaged and the instructions were clear. Assembly was easy. The only issue I had were the door spring pins, which secures to the bottom section. I accidentally lifted the pin too high and it flung out of the door. It was a little bit of trouble to re-seat the pin, but this is a minor issue. What is also great is that both cabinets use the same key, so I now have plenty of spares.

After installing the cabinets in place, I was completely overwhelmed at the amazing quality of the items. It has always been my dream to have this type of setup and I am thankful that Bunker have made these products. If I were a You-tuber/ Influencer, I would definitely be an advocate of this brand, considering it stems from the Draper lineage.

Finally, I would like to thank Gina in customer services and Sharon for arranging the delivery. Gina helped answer some technical questions and also arranged for some additional products to make my setup complete.

Perfect customer experience. Rhys resolved an issue very easily and confirmed to me why I am a return buyer or Draper products.

Draper Tools replaced my 17mm Draper Expert spanner without quibble after it become rusty, the only one in the set to do it after maybe 15 years ! Gina who dealt with my concerns was very attentive and communicated well ! They were a rust free set guaranteed for life and they have done well so far. I recommend Draper Tools !!

Quick to reply but were unable to supply a legacy part. This part did date from 1999 so it is understandable. An alternative supplier who may be able to help was suggested. I am grateful.
