DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from drama-call.co.uk it is an imitation website of the official drama call site (dramacall.com) they will take your money, you will receive no confirmation of order, they will not respond to you. Dirty little trampy scammers. The PayPal transaction isn’t even in the name of the company it’s to a private individual Ali Amini whoever that is. This site needs to be shut down immediately. I’m surprised drama call themselves aren’t taking action as it is seriously harming their reputation.

Unfortunately I had hoped it wouldn't come to this as I really like the products but the customer service at the brand has ruined my experience and I won't be purchasing anything moving forwards. I purchased a few items from their website and one of the items was a size too small and when I asked to return the item, I was told it wouldn't be a problem and to contact them again once I receive my package. My package got delivered a month later(problems with the courier service in Italy). When I received the item and contacted the customer service, I was ignored. I wrote to them again to be told that the return period had expired. I replied telling them that they told me to contact them when I received the item and not before and they could check exactly when it was delivered. They never replied again

Cannot fault them, ordered a few different orders and needed to cancel the orders quickly. Customer service cancelled them no issues, even on Boxing Day. Ordered various times from Drama, quality is always on point and never had any issues.

Horrific. Lies. First off they tell you they don’t accept returns. It’s the law that they must accept returns for 14 days, they try to pressure you into keeping goods you can’t use. Then they finally give you an address to return the goods too. They supposedly process a refund but you don’t receive any money and they start ignoring emails.

What a joke !! A week to reply and only to be told they don’t do returns !!

Excellent customer service, couldn't be happier with the quality of the garments. Dramacall are delivering extremely high quality clothing at a fantastic price point. Can't wait for the next collections. Recent man utd x addidas x dramacall partnership was incredible

Been buying from drama call for 3 years now. Really good quality of clothing only down side is the lack of XS options especially when most their clothing is more relax fitting. My last purchase was a tracksuit- which is Just too baggy looks stupid could’ve benefited from an XS option (which they do for some clothes but not others) but as always it’s insane quality.
This is not a big deal but for the price it’s for sure an inconvenience going and potentially getting it tailored. I’m only an hour away from Manchester so never had to wait longer than 3 days for a delivery. Best In Manchester… and it’s not even close.

Awful customer service. They do not allow returns! Ridiculous when the items are so expensive I should be entitled to a refund if I am not happy with my item

Piss poor communication, I ordered a tracksuit and was entitled to a return/exchange, but there was no response. Contacted numerous times over email. Big disappointment , would never buy from them again.

Item took a while to arrive and I had to chase this but to be fair to Drama Call they responded, admitted their error and sorted the delivery with a free item included, which has thankfully arrived before Christmas. I would order from them again as I appreciate they were honest enough to accept their processes had failed and hopefully they’ve learnt from this. Perhaps they were a victim of their own success and had too many orders.

These guys are absolute jokers, think they're big time but have no idea how to run a business. Trading standards need to get in touch. Useless

Paid £125 for a hoodie that my son was desperate for as a birthday present, 2 weeks later I received a pair of joggers we hadn’t ordered, spent a week requesting a return for the joggers and that I wanted a hoody sending, finally my email was acknowledged, sent the joggers back, one week later no confirmation of receipt - 3.5 weeks later, £125 down, no idea if the hoody I ordered is coming and my son did not get the birthday gift he was desperate for, an absolute disappointment - you can’t charge prices like that and have no customer service

Ordered a jacket on 10th November, one month later it's yet to be dispatched. Zero communication, Royal Mail link has said they were awaiting the package from sender since 13th November. Awful awful service, and they're continuing to release new drops?

Updating this mid-Jan: After 2 months of waiting for this order, i received a parcel from Drama Call and it was the complete wrong item. They asked me to send this back, but had no idea if the product I had actually ordered was in stock. Once they received my return, they said they magically did have this item in stock, but wouldn’t send it because I had contacted my bank for a charge back (almost 3 months later)!

£400 order and only sent £200 worth of stuff. Not answering messages. Order shown as completed when I have four items missing

Amazing products but communication is beyond poor your be lucky to actually get hold of anyone. Then there delivery is on another level of slow says dispatched via Royal Mail and it will stay at that for over a month sometimes longer I’m amazed at how poor there system still is after being around as long as they have been now.

Like another customer has said, extremely slow delivery times and although it’s marked as despatched via Royal Mail, Drama Call themselves have confirmed that ‘The guys are packing the last of our orders this week so you should see an update on your tracking number soon.’ Sorry for a £60 T shirt ordered back in April that’s not really good enough. What a shame as this is my first experience buying with them, it should be made clear at point of sale that delivery could be up to 3 weeks as it is misleading not to inform or even send an update email out letting you know delivery is 3-4 weeks after order. I suspect stock is possibly ordered after release so as to not over order/waste but again this is misleading and should be advertised as a pre sale or otherwise as there’s no reason to be waiting 3-4 weeks for dispatch other than DC are possibly mega understaffed? Not good!
