Great experience!
Very easy to book with friendly staff helping out with what I needed and when.
“Baz” the engineer is who came out to help me and he took time to ask about problems leading up and during. He explained everything including power, percentages where they were and what they should be.
After Baz had finished he explained everything he had done and his advice moving forward.
Fixed the problem and gave me things to think about.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. Same fault appeared within driving 50 miles. After many, many attempts to contact customer care, told other faults diagnosed and to fix them first then they will call back. Had accredited Bosch garage test and was told build up was exactly the same as before supposed clean was carried out, in 50 miles?!
Advised by garage that ‘clean’ was a waste of time and more importantly, my money. To add insult to injury, the mobile mechanic that the company sent to carry out the work had an engine oil leak and left oil residue on my drive that will take chemicals, time and money to clean up .

We have reviewed the job sheet and the vehicle health check confirms that the DPF clean was completed successfully at the time of our visit. There were other faults present on the vehicle.
We have been in contact and have already offered to revisit the vehicle and also clean the driveway.

Well worth the money
The engineer turned up on time, got on with the job and explained what he was doing as he went through the cleaning process. A new DPF for my Renault was over £3000 so to get my existing one running properly and with all dashboard warnings removed for £420 seemed like money well spent. It's 2 weeks since the DPF was cleaned and I have not experienced any problems at all.
