I had a complicated DPF issue
I had a complicated DPF issue, due to a sensor that had come loose, so the pressures were all over the place.
Ethan sorted it out, eventually, after we went for a drive with him making adjustments as we drove.
In the end it was fixed, and the engine now runs smoother than before.

Great guy and knew what to do. Took him just shy of 2hr start to road test and finish. Told me it’s not the worst he’s been to but got the job done none the less. Happy with it so far. Only time will tell really on the outcome.

Mechanic was very knowledgeable and identified the cause of DPF problem within a minute of arriving as a faulty throttle body. He gave it a good clean and got it operating, gave DPF a good flush and advised me to get throttle body sorted. Reset everything and I’m back on the road. All sorted within 24 hours.Thanks Tom for a great service.

I cannot recommend this company based…
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I booked DPF Cleaning to resolve an issue with my vehicle and paid the full cost of the service. Unfortunately, the regeneration was not successfully completed and the problem remained. Following the technician's advice, I had the pressure sensor replaced, but this did not resolve the issue.
My mechanic subsequently removed the DPF and advised that it was damaged and required replacement. I provided the company with photographs and explained that the sensor replacement had made no difference.
When I contacted customer service, I felt that the focus was on asking me to provide diagnostic reports that my mechanic confirmed were not stored, rather than reviewing the information their own technician had gathered during the visit. Although they offered a 28-day aftercare revisit, by the time the fault had been diagnosed by my mechanic, the damaged DPF had already been replaced to get my vehicle back on the road.
I appreciate that the company disagrees with my assessment and maintains that there was no evidence the DPF was damaged during their visit. However, from my perspective, I paid for a cleaning service that did not resolve the problem, and I was disappointed that no refund or partial refund was offered despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably.
I would encourage anyone using this service to ask what happens if regeneration cannot be completed and to ensure they fully understand the company's refund policy before proceeding.

At the time of our inspection and service, the live diagnostic data did not indicate that the DPF had failed or was physically damaged, and there was no evidence to suggest that the filter was unsuitable for cleaning.
As previously advised, during our revisit the engineer recommended replacing and resetting the pressure sensor before carrying out a regeneration. If the issue had persisted after this repair, we would have arranged a further revisit under your 28-day aftercare warranty. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to complete this follow-up process before the vehicle underwent further repairs elsewhere.
A failed regeneration does not, by itself, confirm that a DPF is damaged, as other faults, including sensor-related issues, can prevent regeneration from completing successfully.
While you have provided photographs of the removed DPF, these do not confirm that the DPF was damaged at the time of our inspection or that replacement, rather than cleaning, was required. We have not received any diagnostic evidence to support this conclusion.
We understand your disappointment with the outcome, but based on the diagnostic information available during our visits, we believe the service was carried out appropriately.

My DPF warning light came on a week before we were about to tow our caravan abroad so this was i crisis situation! I found DPF Fixer on the web and rang them. Jason answered and reassured that all would be well. Jim, the engineer showed up at 0830 and was very friendly. He said that he was pretty certain the DPF clean would solve my problem. I left him to it and, sure enough, after doing his "magic" he sat in the car, revved it up a few times with lots of "stuff" coming out of the exhaust then made a few measurements and proclaimed that the job was done. Just to make sure he took the car out for a few miles and all was well! Fantastic service, which I highly recommend. Car now restored to normal power - great! Many thanks.

I paid for this service and was told I needed to sort my injectors id recently had 4 new injectors so on my way to the garage to get this rectified the dpf pipe came off under my vehicle and chucked everything that had been pumped in all over the road and I had to be recovered back home after several emails to dpf fixer they wasn't interested even though my vehicle is un drivable because of the pipe all they kept saying was that I needed to get the injectors sorted even though I told them I can't get that done while my dpf is in the state it's in. I would NOT recommend this company

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way and that you've experienced ongoing issues with your vehicle.
Having reviewed the job sheet from your DPF clean completed, our engineer recorded that faults were present with fuel injectors 1, 2, 3 and 4. These faults remained after the DPF was cleaned and were causing the engine to run roughly. The engineer advised that the injectors should be inspected and tested by a garage, as an injector or related fault will prevent the vehicle from regenerating correctly.
Regarding the DPF pipe, our engineer did not report any issues with the pipe during or after the clean.
We are sorry if you feel we were not interested in helping. That was certainly not the case. You were covered by our 28-day aftercare warranty, and we remain happy to arrange a revisit once the injector faults have been rectified. Until those underlying faults are repaired, the vehicle will not be be able to complete a successful regeneration, regardless of the DPF clean.
We appreciate your feedback and remain happy to assist further once the injector-related issues have been resolved.

Outstanding service and went above and beyond
The day before we was due to drive to France for a holiday, a warning on our Citreon C4 Picasso suggested the DPF required attention. After a panic Google search I came across DPF Fixer.
I explained the situation and the customer service agent was fantastic. He managed to square away a very very short notice appointment and I had a technician at my house within 3 hours.
The technician (Kieran) was very knowledgeable and gave me reassurance he knew what the issue would be and the vehicle would be road worthy within 90 minutes. He also gave me some advice for another minor technical snag, which I will sort after the holiday.
The whole experience was outstanding and I highly recommend this company.
I'm always wary about national wide vehicle maintenance companies, but I promise these guys are legitimately amazing!!!

Quick and easy to arrange. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Operator who came to do the job was on time and very helpful in explaining how the process worked. After he was done he went through the steps that he had done and explained all of the readings that he had gotten from my car. He never tried to rush me and answered all of my questions.
