DPF Fixer Bewertungen

Had Ashley arrive promptly...very polite and extremely knowledgeable.. diagnostic test found it wasn't the DPF, told me exactly what was wrong and how to go about fixing it.. would have absolutely no problem recommending this company, and Ashley for any future problems .

Called on Wednesday and Ashley visited my work place on Friday. He couldn't have been more helpful, fully explained the process and what would happen. Made him a brew and left him to it. 1.5 hours later all issues resolved. He fully explained the follow up process and what to do. Absolute credit to your company. Top Man Ashley

Kieran arrived exactly when he said he would. Quickly explained everything very clearly and within the hour everything was done, reported and finished. I am very confident he has done a great job and I’m back on the road again.

Booked a clean, and they cancelled because the fitter had locked himself out of his van.

Very friendly and professional service, knew what was wrong and sorted within an hour couldn’t have asked for much better, would recommend 100%

The engineer Nat couldn’t have been more helpful, he came to my work why I was out and kept me updated with everything he did and every problem he come across, cleaned my DPF to pretty much brand new spec, and even checked another problem he came across and pointed me in the right direction I can’t thank him enough 👍

This company is very efficient, from the phone calls to the guy who came out the next day, car was sorted within 1.5hrs, he explained everything that he was doing, great service thanks to the team. Highly recommend

Daz came this morning to clean the DPF filter. Really pleased with the service. He explained everything thoroughly and I was really pleased with the service received.

I missed my email to give Andrea’s a review but have to say how impressed I am with this company and thier customer service . My technician was very friendly and informative . And thier customer service people are really efficient highly recommend

On first enquire to Dpf fixer I actually spoke to a human quiet promptly who answered all the questions posed. Visit arranged although told appointment between 8-9am on sat. Little surprised when @ 9.45 zoltan arrived and showed me his appointment booked between 8-10am.
Zoltan was approachable and new what he was doing instilling confidence.
He was polite and engaging really nice experience. Car running smoother and better and economically. informed EGR cooler needs to be replaced with data shown from diag kit.
To sum up good experience and delivered a refreshing attitude to his work zoltan thank you

I was recommended to use DPF FIXER from a garage where it was suggested that it would cost up to £6000 to have the filter changed in my Motorhome as the engine needed to be removed to replace the filter
the initial phone call was good and put me at ease
it was nice these days to have a pleasant and professional conversation.
i was surprised to find that it would be done the next day as i didn't phone till after 4pm

After a text Dan turned up when he said he would he was a nice man and was good at his job and within two hours the job was done.

I called up DPF fixer who booked me in for a DPF clean. They took 150 deposit as part of £360 fee for the clean. On the day no call but i was sent a email stating the guy was unable to turn up as the van clutch had broken so they re-booked me another appointment for following week. Frustrated i had been waiting with no call all day, i decided to call up another company and they booked me in for the sameday. I sent an email confirming for the appt to be cancelled with DPF Fixer and later received a call from Jason who said we are not refunding you your deposit 150. Apparently i had not given enough notice even though the appointment was 2 working days later. Absolute Joke.

Great service the guy daz how turned up was friendly and helpful I would recommend this firm

I can highly recommend DPF Fixer for cleaning my DPF filter at a fraction of the cost of what I would have paid to replace my Audi filter.
I was reassured and given very good advice. The clean took less than 2 hours and I was updated regularly by the engineer on the day for time of arrival.

Thought my DPF was clogged,Igor arrived at allotted time asked a few questions, connected his diagnostics and said maybe the filter was not the problem but it could be a sensor, checked and gave me a part number. I purchased a sensor and fitted it myself and removed the warning from the dash, problem solved !!👌,excellent service from initial phone call, professional svs and advice from IGOR,(I'm in Derbyshire),would recommend this company.

Dpf cleaning

I was obviously stressed finding out the dpf was creating a fault code and engine light on. So looked for somebody who could deal with it on a home visit, I found the office staff and the engineers to be friendly and honest. They were very efficient and carried out the job perfectly. All fault codes now cleared and engine running really well.

Was quoted a potential £4.5k and a 6 week wait with VW. Called these guys and they sent someone out next day. He was here 2 hours and cleared the filter along with a number of other faults showing. Ran through all the metrics and explained everything before and after the clean. Car runs like a dream now!
