I accidentially ordered the wrong size…
I accidentially ordered the wrong size shirts to begin with. Bracing myself for a possible struggle I contacted Customer Services for their help.
They couldn't of been nicer and more helpful to me. From initially checking at their end if they could stop the order and fix it (everyone in this process was on their "A" game and the warehouse had dispatched the same evening I had contacted Customer Services) to talking me through the simple process of returning the shirts for a "size exchange". I received the correct shirts a week later and they are perfect. My thanks to all at Double Two and especially the Customer Service Team for how they conducted themselves and aided me through this small faff.
