I heard my son talking to customers and was amazed at his warm and helpful understanding of the need of the customer. He explained that families are struggling during the pandemic so he told the customer how to help herself so they did not have to pay. This company is helping not hurting and proud of my sons heart and this company for allowing him to help those in need.

DOT Compliance Group is just another scam company. They sent me a letter saying my MCS-150 was overdue. It’s not. I renewed in October like I was supposed to. I did it online myself. It was free and a fairly simple process. I even went to FMCSA’s Safer website and checked to see if it was done correctly. It was. When I called DOT Compliance they said my renewal was over due and they wanted $149 to file for me. He assured me his computer said it was overdue. FMCSA’s website said it was OK. Watch out for this company. They may not be dishonest. They may just be ignorant or have bad information. Either way is not very good as far as I’m concerned. This is just a warning to be aware this company or better yet find another one.

Im telling you if it werent for them letting me know whats do and when my whole operation would be shut down. We got our reports sent to us on the spot while being audit by a trooper without a doubt in my mind.

They call acting like they're DOT and we are not compliant. A gentleman n was very unprofessional and hung up on me when I called him on facts. When I tried to call him back he blocked my number. I would avoid this company, their 5 Star reviews are obviously fake if you read the 1 star reviews you see the truth.

The reports were adequately detailed and accurate.

Best of the three companies i've tried last year. I liked their modern equipment and testing techniques.

Scam Artists!! .. They called me up at 7:39 PM Monday claiming they were from the DOT Compliance Group advising I needed something from them as required by the DOT. I said fine send me something on FMCA letterhead and I’ll respond. I was on multiple lines at the same time and they couldn’t respond to a single direct question regarding exactly what I was missing that was required. I am missing nothing.

I was tested by them last month and i've faced no difficulty while the test was being conducted. They were using advanced equipment. It took short time so it did not affected my work. One thing they can improve is that they should also provide a report via. SMS to the employee undergoing test.

The 2018 Part 382 Drug and Alcohol Testing info on their website is incorrect as per USDOT-FMCSA 49 CFR.

The prices posted for Drug & Alcohol tests are higher than the norm. $50-$60/$25-$35 is the range respectively. The best D&A test result turn-around time is 24-48 hours, unless an issue resulted and caused a delay. Issues such as a verified positive or dilute urine specimen. It does not matter if the Certified Lab is in or out-of-state. FEDEX & email make it possible.

I visited their website today, 12/21/2018, and the information posted is still incorrect. For example: their home page & FAQ page lists it is MANDATORY to register with a consortium. No FMCSA federal regulation mandates this.

Home page posting: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) mandates that all CDL drivers with a vehicle gross weight of 26,001 pounds or more, to register with a Drug and Alcohol Consortium.

The company’s website continues to demonstrate errors in mandatory testing percentages, frequency of testing and time restraints for random testing.

Other competitors charge lower fees (up to a $100 less) to sign up a company or individual (owner/operator). Competitors also have lower fees for Drug and Alcohol tests which would save an estimated up to $44 per test.

DOT Compliance Group is improperly performing USDOT-FMCSA testing contrary to 49 CFR, Part 382 and/or Part 40. The motor carrier or owner/operator is ultimately responsible with ensuring the Consortium they select is preforming testing functions as per 49 CFR. I cannot honestly recommend any trucking company use their services.

These guys are a company that fraudulently advertises themselves as being part of the DOT on paper. There is a footnote on the bottom of their website, but I didn't call them and pay them $240 for being honest on the phone. They are in fact not the DOT, and are slyly selling a MCS-150 processing service as well as a class that is not required to hold a DOT number. Their callers tend to spoof the real DOT phone numbers as well, so be careful of anyone identifying themselves as the DOT Compliance Group.
