Purchased the order with the items showing in stock, was disappointed to find out 2 working days later, that the website was incorrect and my items had to be back ordered. The price was very good in comparison to other sources so I was happy to wait. Unfortunately the items packaging was damaged during transit and it turns out the courier could not fulfill the delivery, something that may have been avoidable with more packaging, but it happens sometimes I can accept that. The customer service staff were helpful polite and professional so I cannot complain in that regard. I still wanted the order, so I requested replacements, turns out there was now not enough stock again to fulfil the order, so I requested what stock was available and asked for the remainder to follow, not a problem, but a little annoyingly I did have to follow up for the remainder for an arrival time, just as well because it was overlooked as fulfilled. The mistake was sorted and the remainder followed two days later. The items themselves are very good can't complain in that regard either.
All in all, the process and way it was looked after would make me think twice about using this supplier again, I'd recommend a phonecall to verify stock before ordering, and consider collecting from them if possible. From order placement to fulfillment was 26 days (including weekends).
To clarify from the response, the delivery on the 20th was the replacement order of which 7 of the 8 was delivered, the remaining item was not delivered until the 26th, had I not been in contact again regarding this outstanding item, the order was marked as fulfilled on the 20th.

We would like to clarify the timeline and actions taken in relation to your order:
Following the delivery issue, we investigated the matter with DPD. As advised in our communication to you on 16/02, investigations of this nature are unfortunately not immediate and can take some time to resolve.
On 17/02, you were contacted again and informed that the parcel had been deemed damaged in transit. At that stage, we offered either a full replacement or a full refund. You confirmed that you wished to proceed with a full replacement.
A replacement order was then placed. You were advised that we had seven units available in stock, which we could part-dispatch immediately. You opted for the part dispatch on 17/02, and this was actioned accordingly.
On 24/02, you contacted us regarding the outstanding balance of the order. A response was sent to you providing proof of delivery dated 20/02, which was three working days after the previous email correspondence.
We fully acknowledge that the overall experience was inconvenient and did not meet the smooth process either of us would have preferred. However, once we were notified that the original parcel had been damaged, we acted in line with our internal processes: we informed you promptly, provided resolution options, and dispatched replacement goods as soon as stock allowed. At that stage, there was unfortunately nothing further we could have done beyond these steps.
While we regret the delays caused by circumstances outside of our direct control, please be assured that we did everything within our power to ensure your order was fulfilled as quickly as possible.
We truly value your business and your feedback, and we hope that despite the challenges encountered, you will consider using us again in the future.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
An email notification was sent advising of a 3–4 week lead time on your order, and we also offered an alternative product in case this timeframe wasn’t suitable. Our records show the order value was £60.30.
We understand from your review that you believed the delivery time would be six weeks and chose to cancel. However, the order was processed and dispatched within the originally communicated timeframe. This period also included the Christmas holidays, during which we were closed for one week, which was factored into the lead time provided.
