Half way there..

So I thought long and hard about whether to write this review because I dont want to be negative about a relatively small business. Firstly I think the designs are excellent - beautiful, innovative and nobody else is doing pieces like them. However, my sticking point is the quality. Ive had four pieces now and I absolutely love the design of each of them (hence why I keep going back!) but unfortunately they feel cheap...cheaper than if I had purchased from a high street retailer like Accesorize but more than double the price, even when they do their offers. The colours of the stones are not as vivid as shown on social media, the clasps dont look like gold at all and they are very flimsy. I really wish they would improve the quality and up the prices as I would pay more for their gorgeous designs. I hope you take this feedback on board because Id love to buy from you again.

I’m really sorry to hear that the quality hasn’t met your expectations. Your feedback is important, and I want to address it openly. Our pieces are created as demi-fine jewellery, using gold-plated stainless steel and natural stones, designed to be meaningful, wearable, and accessible — while still offering durability, a one-year warranty, and hands-on customer care. That said, I completely understand that jewellery is very personal, and how it feels, looks, and compares visually to photos can differ from person to person.

Stone colour variation is something that can naturally occur, especially with gemstones, and lighting used in photography can sometimes make colours appear more vivid on screen — but this is something we’re continuously working to improve in both sourcing and representation. Your comments about clasps and overall feel are also noted, and feedback like yours genuinely helps guide future design and quality decisions.

I especially value your honesty in saying you’d be happy to pay more for upgraded quality — that insight is incredibly helpful and something I take seriously as I continue evolving the brand.

A shame: nice jewellery ruined by a shockingly difficult owner!

The jewellery itself is lovely for the most part, although some of the clasps look a little cheap, which is disappointing at this price point. The real problem, unfortunately, is the owner. I imagine that if everything goes smoothly and you keep the jewellery, she’s all sunshine and light. But if you happen to receive something faulty, prepare yourself. I received a necklace with a clasp stuck shut, and what should have been a straightforward return turned into a full-blown ordeal. I was met with multiple emails asking me to try again with my “issue,” and to find someone else to try opening it. I had to justify why I didn’t want to keep a necklace I physically couldn’t use! The passive-aggressive, defensive, and condescending tone in response to feedback was exhausting.

Twelve emails later, I finally got my refund.

The jewellery is pretty, but if you ever need to return something, brace yourself for an earful of condescension and an inbox full of emails. Complete disclosure: Orsya processed my return ahead of others (took me 9 business days rather than the 10-15 stated) because she said I was so "impatient" she bumped me up in the queue, and she refunded me for an extra chain extender as a gesture of goodwill. This would have gone further if the gesture had been accompanied by some actual goodwill rather than more subtle digs disguised as politeness.

Poor returns and customer service

I received a bracelet for my birthday. Paid £61 for it. I wasn’t impressed with the quality so returned it. Only received £45 for the return because we didn’t return it with a card and very small plush keychain that came with it. To be clear, we did not pay or ask for the keychain or card and it was definitely not made clear on purchase of the jewellery that £16 worth of the price was for unwanted items.
I don’t normally post negative reviews but am very disappointed with the returns and customer service.

Additionally, as stated in our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions, and email we shared, we kindly ask for all items to be returned in full — exactly as received — including any accompanying items such as the complimentary card or gift that were part of the original package. When items are missing, a partial refund is issued accordingly.
I completely understand your frustration and I’m genuinely sorry if this process wasn’t as clear as we intended. We do our very best to communicate our policies transparently, and we must also follow a consistent protocol to ensure fairness to all customers.

Not coming back.

The necklace in the photos had bright colours, the one that came out of the package was nothing similar. Also it broke on the second day of my holiday, not very well made.

Edit: the owner emailed me and offered a replacement necklace sending videos for 5 different options. Thank you for this.
