Terrible do not use

They have refunded me without even getting in touch (second time this has happened ) Apparently I didn't answer a question correctly but the order form was tricky...Surely better to not allow the order to be placed if it doesn't pass their criteria..so annoying as had I known I could have purchased elsewhere

Turns out the order was placed and money taken from my bank.
No order confirmation received. I only knew when an age verification email came though.
Email address on 'contact us' section on website bounces back. The contact form doesn't work and no one answers the phone.
Looks like my money is stolen and I'm not getting it back. In case doorstep pharmacy bother to read my order number is 112422.
Order declined/not informed/Rude women on the phone
Ordered on 12/07,no confirmation email, didn’t hear anything until 17/07 when called to them myself, been told they are not too sure what happened,but it will only be sent out to me today and I should receive it on 18/07. Once again, no email, no tracking details. Called to them on 18/07, rude woman said pharmacist declined my order and I have been refunded as they can only issue this kind tablets once per 3 Months. Ok, I asked why I haven’t been told about it, as I have no email and still was waiting for the order as Yesterday I been told im getting it today.This rude woman keep saying email was sent to me about it- isnt true snd I checked all golders. So no communication with clients, rude women on the phone, no refund as yet,since order been declined on 12/07 and today is 18/07. I dont recommend their service!!!!If you need to find out anything, you need to get in touch with them yourself and talk to rude customer service.
Always late delivering and terrible attitude
Always late delivering, have to remind them every time and stupid excuses made like it was raining. Awful woman rang my father when I finally changed and had a go at him. Terrible unreliable and arrogant. Disgusting attitude and service
Ordered on 12th may
Ordered on 12th may, heard nothing since It's now the 24th may. Emailed them twice but no reply. My order is 'processing'. I would like a refund or my order. Very unhappy.
An absolute disgrace
An absolute disgrace, first they illegally steal your money and don't send the items, then they refuse to answer their phone or email and the "Contact Us" on their website doesn't work. Looking at the other reviews here, Mahanbir Singh Kalsi should be arrested.

Have used them for many years, the problem was solved after a message was left for me to call them back, which I did .

I placed an order at end of June. Chased July. Told item out of stock. Asked for refund. No refund given.
Emailed again early August. Chased refund. Told product had been posted. No item arrived. They do not reply to emails or answer the phone.
Paid £4.95 for postage. To get a card to say fees on an item had not been paid a further £3.50 was due. Lo and behold. It’s my package. So now I’ve paid £8.45 postage….. and it’s two months late.
Please do not use this place to order. It’s an absolute rip off! And they sell items not in stock!!!!!

Order was never dispatched had to ring in the end to find out what was going on. Was told the items I ordered weren't in stock. Why did it take almost 4 weeks for me to have to ring up and then be told I wouldn't get my order because no stock of items. Shouldn't be advertising stuff that isn't IN STOCK OR AVAILABLE. Time wasting and not professional for a business/company to offer such poor service. Avoid!

Like previous customers, no order acknowledgment even though the money has been taken day of the order. No answer to email.
Will wait a while and if no success go through my bank as a fraud claim like previous customer.

Did not receive item. No communication at all. Called to chase order - apparently out of order but would not have heard anything or received refund had I not chased this. Needs a more robust mechanism to ensuring orders are fulfilled and informing customers in a timely manner if there are issues. Unprofessional and disappointing.
Scam: Money taken, no goods, no reply
Money taken from my debit card on date of order, two weeks later and my order is still stuck with status on processing. No order acknowledgement received, no reply to email a week ago asking for an update on delivery or for a refund. I advise not to use this service.

Absolute crooks! I order 3 items but only received 1. Will not answer phone or reply to email. I have never received the missing items or had refund. DO NOT USE.
Do not buy from this company
I would have given zero stars if I could. Their service is dreadful. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and telephoned to track a week ago as is was still processing. On that occasion I was told it hadn't been sent over from the warehouse but they would chase and send out asap. I phoned today as it is still processing only to be told that the 'warehouse' is actually the wholesalers. From what I can gather they do not carry stock themselves. Knowing this I have opted for a refund but how appalling that they can take money from customers knowing that the items aren't in stock and rely on stock at the wholesalers. No wonder one of my items is out of stock at the wholesalers at the company who make it no longer make the item. I am told it will take 2 days for me to receive the refund........
