Shocking company shocking customer services came to mend my dishwasher then damaged my kitchen denied any responsibility so the manufacturer that booked the repair had to pay out and was going to pursue them.
Reply to your comments.... it was fitted correctly and the manufacturer was going to pursue you and I can prove this as they had to pay out to cover your damage.

Do NOT order online from this store. They take your money then fail to send out your order. Despite sending emails and calling the store, still no refund.

We needed a replacement integrated dishwasher. We were served by John, who was patient and knowledgable. He showed us several different ones, and made sensible recommendations (Not just the most expensive) after asking questions about how we used the machine. At the end he was able to give us a discount, and arranged for the machine to be fitted within a couple of days. The chap who fitted it was careful and clean. He explained how the unit worked, and (Frankly) left it looking better than when the kitchen was first fitted. Excellent all round service, good prices and left with a sense of good people doing good work. They may be a few pounds more expensive than the big box retailers, but the service and lack of hassle makes it worth every penny. We will be back
