I bought 2 Klotz Joe Bonamassa 20 ft. guitar leads from Dolphin Music. Their price was cheapest around and I had them shipped to Ireland in a couple of days. Their service is second to none. Will deffo buy here again!!

I've bought a number of high end products from Dolphin and the price has been the best, always next day delivery and when I chose the wrong product they exchanged it without fuss. Can't imagine how they could improve but would highly recommend to any distance buyer.

I recently bought a Gibson ES-175 having played one and being unable to find one in the Netherlands.
I bought the guitar shortly before a sequence of bank holidays in the UK and Dolphin contacted me to ask if it was OK to delay the sending to avoid the guitar sitting in the couriers warehouse (cold and damp!) over this period - for once I welcomed the delay!
This is thinking of the product and the customer, the guitar was then received exactly as agreed, bang on time.

I bought this guitar as new item but this was only the beginning of a nightmare. The expensive GIbson les Paul tradiotional High Performance was delivery without the original packaging and inside a simple ovation packaging without any protection, only the hard case inside the paperboard and nothing more.
The hard case was dented everywhere and the guitar accessories loose inside hitting the guitar and damaging it. The guitar had some small dents as result of that and other cosmetic issues. It was more than evident that this guitar was not new and some of the damages were occasioned in origin. My big question is: How can you sell a guitar as new when you don't send it with the original packaging, without any protection and is such condition? The guitar was sent to Sweden by the way.
I sent a mail intermediately to the customer service after I saw the condition of the guitar and there started another nightmare: return the guitar. After so many failed attempts to collect the guitar that made me staying at home different days waiting for the courier I opened a case in Paypal and the money was refunded with the help of Paypal. All mails from Dolphin were only empty promises.
This is a short version of a longer story but in conclusion: never more from Dolphin, never more from UK (this was my second problem with instruments from UK) and five stars for PayPal. I never got problem with companies in Germany and will continue buying from there in the future.

I ordered a fender for Christmas but it didn't come on their order from Germany. As they knew it was a present they called me straight away to let me know and offer an alternative which I could send back free of charge in Jan in exchange for the one I originally ordered.
This meant I had a present to give Christmas Day and have now decided to keep the alternative.
The company were amazing and answered emails and the phone extremely quickly.

The product arrived in good condition but due to the courier service and inability to talk to Dolphin music via telephone about it it is highly unlikely that I will purchase anything from here again. DPD was ridiculous and if I know they're delivering for any company I am about to purchase from I will avoid a repeat of the experience I just had. I hate being negative but there were multiple issues. The people at Halfords and Matalan were nice and helpful though!

Just ordered some Christmas presents from Dolphin and the service and delivery were excellent! The person i spoke to (I believe it was Simon or Stewart, I forgot to take the name down) really helped me out and my order arrived first thing next day even though i ordered in the afternoon. Super happy, Thank You : )
