He was extremely professional, took the time to explain my condition clearly, and also explained the whole process of the operation in a way that was easy to understand. I felt listened to, reassured, and fully informed. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care – highly recommended.

For a considerably long time I've had prostate related problems which seemed to come to a head with a severe and very debilitating urine infection. Mr. Ellis suggested Holep surgery to my prostate which was very enlarged. He also suggested the operation could help to prevent another infection. Well, it was extremely successful and I'm totally amazed with the result. I'm thrilled that he suggested the operation. Mr. Ellis explained the possible side effects along with what was expected post operatively - it all went beautifully and as planned. I could not be happier. Millions of thanks to Gidon Ellis. Thank you for making a 77 year old guy feel like 37!

I underwent shoulder surgery at St Joseph's, the procedure was completed by Mr Andrew Chambler. After 2 initial consultations and manipulation, surgery was determined to be the best course of action. I was was very concerned and anxious, but Mr Chambler completely put my mind at rest. The surgery was a complete success and I am recovering better than expected. The whole experience of being treated at St Joseph's has been 10/10. The facilities are immaculate, the rooms are spotlessly clean and supremely comfortable. Every single staff member I encountered were kind, compassionate and genuinely caring. I hope that if I ever need medical treatment again I will be able to use these facilities.

Burnley hospital hip unit is very efficient and well run. Pre op hip school was very useful and informative. The operation itself was successful and scar healed well. Now out of pain. Big thank you to all staff involved.

Mr perianayagan orthopaedic surgeon is one of the nicest consultants I have ever met. Friendly, professional, and just a lovely person. If I needed further surgery in the future, I would ask to be under his care.

I had a very productive 2 weeks at Linwood the derox programme was very well managed, All of the staff here are extra friendly and the cooks keep you well fed. My advice is to get involved in as many sessions as you can I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at London Dermatology Centre for my acne treatment. Dr Chopra really took the time to understand my skin history and prescribed a routine that finally worked. My confidence is back after years of breakouts!

It seems that Doctify will only publish positive reviews, which when you think about it makes sense from their perspective as healthcare providers need to pay a subscription to be featured on the platform. I have had personal experience with this, leaving a negative review for the TRT clinic in Dublin which Doctify have yet to publish and the review was written 3 months ago. I emailed Doctify over 2 months ago to flag this and query why my review has not been published and they said it needed to go to a governance committee meeting in October. I emailed again in November twice with a week break in between and now I am receiving no replies. I will continue to email Doctify and explore what ever means I have available to ensure I am given a reason for my review not being published.
