It is a good app and an interface for…
It is a good app and an interface for patients and providers, but it needs tweaks. The message is not customisable, so recipients are less likely to respond to anonymously standardised messages named 'Doctify' than the consultant they have seen. Also, the provider can not find who has not responded, so they can send reminders if they wish. Customer service is good, so the team has a quick response.
