I would like to thank Lorraine for her wonderful service today. Even though I was the last customer when the store closed, she spent time to help me, without making me feel rushed. I am very happy with my plants too!

Excellent stock, helpful staff

This is our local garden centre and easy to get to. We mainly go there for a morning coffee and cake but enjoyed lunch there on our most recent visit. Restaurant is very popular and needs to be a bit bigger as had to queue to get a seat and this was the case for others all the time we were there. Excellent staff taking orders but one gentleman is a bit too verbal and "in your face" although I am sure he is just a little over enthusiastic. Spends a lot of time dashing around but his attention to detail is lacking. I asked for a receipt which he assured me he would go and get from the till but he got distracted and involved in something else and I never got it. A previous time we ordered drinks and food, got the drinks but not the food and then some time later the drinks order was brought to us again! I think he is like Marmite. you either love him or hate him! Needs to calm down and reign it in a little.

Staff very friendly the lady on the till was lovely her name was Lorraine.

I love Dobbies and this recently opened one near to me is really popular.

We went to your Swindon Kingdown Restaurant today. The service was amazing with your staff being very friendly & helpful. The food was very good. My Husband & I had a lovely time. Thank you.

Dobbies have everything you want under one roof. Restaurant offers great food at a great price. I didn’t go out and look at the plants as it was raining. But usually you have a great selection.

The man serving in the restaurant is everything customer srtve should be & more. Not sure of his name but we've been three times when he's working and his outstanding customer service has been present every time

It was a pleasure to go shopping at Dobbies from the lovely breakfast served by a pleasant member of staff to a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff in the outside garden department who advised me on type of plant, soil and compost needed through to the right sized pots I’d need. Thank you.

Excellent Gardening Centre for quality plants and all your garden needs an excellent range of products to cover all the things a Garden Centre should stock

Brilliant service, very friendly and polite

Slow service at till, ordered product which was the wrong item when bought out. Left waiting a further 15 mins not knowing what was going on. Right item eventually bought out, and taken out to car.

I visited the cafe, the Christmas shop area and the outside area.

Seating was immediately available and service was prompt, with helpful staff member. Coffee came immediately.
The Christmas shop area was an impulse buy, it looked nice so I went in. Wasn't planning on buying there. Bought a candle and hand-wash.
We came to buy topsoil. There were trollies available nearby (good idea), items were clearly marked and manageable bag sizes were available.
Very little queueing at till for once. This can be a problem in this shop. Not always more than one till open. Queue busting staff at the ready would finish the shopping experience more smoothly.
