The store was bright and clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to help me.
The food was good value and very tasty

Cafe queues split coffee shop sbd restaurant but people jumping in front lovely lady guiding people but tables needed cleaning . Some staff helpful not all

It’s lovely, I visited as I needed help with a vase which was planted up and also had a rose in it,and needed help with how to water it, which was explained to me, I brought two plants for myself but then visited some friends and gave them the plants, they were thrilled. I also looked around the store at all the exciting things to buy for the garden, can’t wait to visit again.

Coffee shop and restaurant was very good. It was good to hear them ask about allergies as I usually ask first. Joined their club because I know I will return :)

I met friends with young children for a light lunch while the children played in the soft play area, and booked 3 timed slots for them.
There was no supervision of the soft play area, and I realised that as no children were wearing wristbands and no one was checking, I had wasted my money in bothering to book.
The ordering system entail a long delay, as although the restaurant area has been expanded, there doesn't appear to be any increase in staffing. The staff were friendly and apologetic, but it was clear that they were overworked. The food and drink were pleasant, but the environment was noisy and chaotic due to the numbers in the restaurant.

Shop is fine - staff lovely BUT advertising 20% off everything and then getting less than 7.5% is a joke- spent £151 and got £10 off isn’t 20%
Won’t be going back in a hurry

There's plenty to find what you are looking for and some good offers to be had, be sure to have your dobbies card as its worth doing

I like coming into Dobbies as there are lovely plants and items to see. I also like the coffee. However there is a distinct lack of staff and i had to go all over the shop to find an assistant to help. In the end I spoke to a lady on the till after jumping in before her next customer. The staff that are there are very nice and helpful but more staff throughout the store and restaurant are needed. Thank you

Given it was a Christmas night specifically for members, and we had waited especially for this event, we were disappointed to find that a number of products were wanted to purchase, were out of stock.

Staff were very attentive and helpful.Good selection of goods.
Although the queueing system in the cafe is very off putting ,it causes delays which puts us off using it. A self service operation with manned counters like most dept stores and coffee shops offer would be much better,the whole restaurant area feels cold and lacks atmosphere,shame as the food on offer appears to be ok.

Not very impressed with the Restaurant!! Poor food choices; Christmas dinner was relatively small, the potatoes were cooked from frozen, will not order again; only the fish and chips are alright. Staff were helpful and the Garden Centre is not too bad it would be nice if food is cooked with fresh ingredients.
