Staff were extremely helpful in finding something for me.

Good quality of products, friendly helpful staff, pricing on a par wit other similar outlets, more than happy to go again. I have a membership.

Couldn’t find the poinsettias. Asked an assistant who immediately took us to them.

We went for breakfast last Sunday and was disappointed to find they weren't serving them only if you had booked with Santa. While I appreciate this is a busy time of year, there was plenty of staff who could have accomodated this. It's not the first time we have gone for food and been told they are short staffed and not enough people who can cook!!

Paid £7.99 for a Poinsttia on Tuesday 21st Dec. Very disappointed when got the wrapping off. Sparse stems and spindly flowers. Would have done better getting one in Asda for £4. The leaves are already falling. Won’t be getting one from Debbie next year

The coffee morning and fruit buns were excellent, and staff were very helpful.

We are regular visitors and enjoy the food but for the past year we have either found a notice saying ‘cafe closed’ or the queue has been so long that waiting was not an option!
Apparently there is often staffing problems and the chef regularly walks out!!!

Cafe never has any food. Very limited range of anything

I was quite disappointed with the gift selection along with the lack of face coverings in way of the snood. So I personally think came away empty handed but my husband bought a bird feeder and feed. The staff I must say though we're friendly as ever.

Lovely coffee good service. Just need to sell biscuits or small snacks as well as meals for those of us who just need a little bite.

The store is very good the restaurant is a disaster never any food only drinks and cakes thus many a time we leave with out any refreshments

Took my family for a lunch catch up only to find the cafe still has no hot food, not
even toastier, at lunchtime. No chef. Why is it not possible to recruit a chef, surely if you want the custom in the centre, people will go elsewhere. It is winter
and just coffee and cake is not enough. Why not pay chefs a decent salary to
ensure they stay?

At the moment the cafe is a waste of time
Possibly through lack of staff. Twice we’ve not been able to get a coffee plus no meals

Very understaffed. Long queue .Staff pleasant but one young man cannot take orders make the drinks and take the money all on his own.

I go to Dobbies quite a lot and always find it really good.

Lovely staff in the restaurant and on the tills. Lovely ideas for Christmas gifts.
Dobbies garden centre Marple Cheshire

visited Marple Garden Centre - hoping for a nice lunch. Very disappointed to be met with a sign which stated Hot drinks and cakes only. This is not stated at the front of the store and by the time we went round to the restaurant it was too late to change our lunchtime meeting to another venue. Not impressed.

Marple Garden Centre was Very efficient on my last visit

Very slow disorganized service in cafe and at tills
Lack of management in both of these areas
