We visited the coffee shop at Dobbies Lisburn
The coffee was good but the Donut would almost have passed for a cricket ball

The staff were very helpful in the garden area.
A gentleman Stevie took time helping me understand and choose what I needed.

Time we love going in the morning

Really enjoyed our visit to Dobbies in Lisburn recently. Everything was very attractively laid out, and the store had a nice feel about it. Wonderful to see the Spring flowers in abundance. We had tea and tray bakes in the airy restaurant - all lovely - and delightfully free as it was another birthday treat, a gift with my Dobbies card. Looking forward to more trips to Dobbies after such a long time not going anywhere much due to Covid.

Again using restaurant, very slow at service not enough staff or staff not knowing what they doing, this mean by the time you get food then drinks pay food is cold, we had to reheat food in microwave.

I find the store to be untidy and the ladies toilet was swimming I mentioned to a member of staff as I placed the slippery floor sign on top of the leak and it was still the same when I was leaving an hour later I mentioned it to the manage (I think).
The restaurant was sitting with tables not cleared and no water this was nearly the end of breakfast then change over to lunch.
The house plants seemed to be in bad health.

Overall I found to be run down, sorry

We went into the restaurant first, had breakfast delivered to our table, and enjoyed it.
We then went into the garden accessories area and chose what we wanted, no problem.
At checkout the attendant was efficient and helpful, no problems.
In all, our experience was pleasant.

My family went for food in the cafe in Dobbies and experience awful food thrown on the plate which was freezing by the time we were standing in a queue waiting to pay which was about 15minutes we paid £37 also very tiny bowl of soup the bowls have got smaller we have alway supported Dobbies buying plants etc but now no more we have had enough of poor service the staff rushed of there feet it's a disgrace the prices to expensive I'm glad that I can view my opinion hope thing s change because we won't be buying there again

Great shop and friendly staff.

Decided to avail of our first free monthly coffees and purchase a garden shrub on same day. Whether because the coffee was free or not the lady serving seemed to consider the whole task of providing the drinks a real chore without enthusiasm or conversation. By the time we paid for other goodies and sat down the coffee was verging on being cold.

Dobbies is my favourite Garden Centre, I can get everything I need, very Good restaurant Excellent , good Deli Fresh bread, lovely cakes et cetera, kitchen gate garden furniture everything under one roof, excellent staff very helpful in the restaurant and garden centre

Had a lovely coffee in the restaurant . A browse around the store which is very well equipped and made some purchases .

Once again I must draw attention to the bottleneck at the tea/coffee section. Having selected hot food it cools rapidly thanks to the slow pace of the coffee machines and sometimes the reluctance of staff to serve the waiting customers. It should be possible for diners to enjoy both hot food and hot drinks at the same time.

The queue in the restaurant was much shorter than previously experienced.
I ordered 2 hot drinks ‘to go’ as I was in a hurry, but was informed that there were no takeout cups available. This has occurred a few times in the past and once there was takeout cups but no lids!
Obviously this is a stock ordering issue that needs to be addressed at the Lisburn store.

As always an enjoyable visit to Dobbies Lisburn. The shopping experience continues to evolve with new lines added. The standard of the food and service remains to a good standard.

Soft play area was closed for work yet we were there a few days before and I would have thought planned work could have been advised by a simple notice. We had a very disappointed granddaughter.

Great Staff and a good variety of plants etc.

I have a Dobbies loyalty card with the 2 free hot drinks each month. Please please can my drinks be hot as they don’t be
