Air conditioning in the store not working.
Queued to pay for 10 minutes as tills weren't working.
Not the best experience.

I got dobbies plus card it’s second card when ever u go in the shop it never works . They take the details and say u will get new card but u don’t hear anything

I bought a house plant. The member of staff was pleasant and friendly

The staff were so helpful and gave me good information on the product l bought . Always a pleasurable experience shopping there

Love this shop, can never come out without buying something, it is very warm in here though, the staff are great and very helpfull

Sunday 7th August. We had 2 reasons for going: to get some top-up bedding plants and to have a quick lunch. They were almost out of bedding plants, unless you wanted a dahlia. The restaurant system was very hard to understand. Never worked out whether there was any cooked food. Ordered chicken and salad baguettes (which were made to order and not on display). When they came, the chicken was plastered in mayonnaise. There was so much of it, it oozed all over your hands when you tried to eat it. Unpleasant for me, but a show-stopper for my husband, who is allergic to mayo.

We had a lovely fish and chip dinner with a free cake. Fish and chips were gluten-free as was the cake which makes life easier for my husband who has coeliac disease so can't have wheat products. We highly recommend the restaurant. The staff were pleasant the atmosphere was pleasing, we couldn't fault it. We'll done Dobbies!

We went into the restaurant for a small snack/drink.
We had the scones (very good value) and drinks which I felt were expensive.
However, we do enjoy going to Dobbies, and I have booked afternoon tea next week as a treat for my granddaughter.

A great place to visit, this time with my children as the summer holidays kept them entertained with looking at the fish for sale of course the toys for sale had something to eat ( a little disappointed with the the choice of main food but the cheesecake I had was delicious) and the soft play was great for them and I could sit down and watch in the air conditioned room which was fab on such a hot day.

The restaurant was very busy and the staff were excellent. Gluten free options were available and delicious. Wide range of produce, very healthy stock of all plants. Clothing lines were a good addition. A good visit overall.

Garden Centre was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cashier in the cafe was not reacting professionally.

Dobbies in Gillingham is a regular family visit, where we frequently enjoy food and garden shopping as well as coffees in the cafe.

The staff in Dobbies are always kind friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are especially helpful and patient.

The staff are so helpful took my bits out to my car and loaded them for also got a chair for my brother in law who was a bit tired and felt faint. Also helped in the restrant with the tray of drinks

I always have a good experience in Dobbies.

Great place to roam and get a free coffee

Lovely staff well looked after plants . There is an amazing lady at checkout who always goes the extra mile. Coffee is superb.
