The store had everything I wanted. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

We went to buy plants and compost and came away with a display air fryer.
The lady working in the kitchen department was so helpful and she liaised with the manager so that we could buy the appliance at a discount.

Lovely garden centre. Stocked with loads of wonderful items. Lovely coffee and cake.

Use the restaurant on a regular basis and always have quite good service staff is friendly and efficient. Sometimes when very busy it can be a long wait in the queue.not enough room behind counter for enough staff to work at one time.but will not stop me using the restaurant in future

Lovely garden centre and shop, brought some winter pansies for my pots, lovely colours. Thank you Dobbies for my birthday treat, coffee and scones for myself and hubby. Delicious

Your coffee was very weak and not hot enough. This was not the 1st time this has happened. Your coffee used to be tasty and of good strength. I wonder if you have changed to an interior brand, or are using smaller portions?

Visited the Brighton Dobbies on Sunday 2nd October 22. Garden centre well stocked and tidy. Brought some bulbs happy with service.
Visited the cafe for a coffee, it was busy inside so found a table outside, earlier in the morning it had been raining but all the table and chairs were still wet, a lot of customers were grabbing serviettes to dry them off. I think it would have been a good idea to send out a member of staff to make sure the tables and chairs were dried.

I was browsing when I realised I would need a trolley, thought there would be some close by so spoke to 3 assistants who were having a conversation, they pointed to the front of the store and said you'll need to go outside to get one. I actually felt that one if them would offer to collect one, silly me.

Interesting/ unusual (but expensive) houseplants - I was very tempted. Huge selection of spring bulbs which we couldn't resist. They still had lots of outdoor plants in colour which was fascinating!
The cafe was slow to serve, but really tasty and reasonable value.
Lots of free parking. I will be going back - thank you.

I popped into Dobbies for some cat food and a loaf of bread. While there I saw that lots of lovely plants were at half price so of course I bought a couple! Lovely healthy plants.

Some prices arather high but polite assistant on check out, as always.

A good garden centre and staff friendly. Coffee shop staff efficient and friendly.

Very interested to see that you have now joined up with Waitrose Partners - replacing Sainsbury's. It was agreed that Waitrose fits in with the more upmarket look of Dobbies! I hope the partnership thrives!
