Dobbies Garden Centres - Boston Bewertungen 509

A visit a few days ago was very pleasent, we found what we wanted very easily with no problem.
We spoke to a Staff Member regarding the "Club Card" which was helpful.
We then had a lunch at the Resturant which was very nice and the Staff very pleasent.

Had a lovely meal as always and the service was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we decided to stay to lunch which was very reasonably priced and excellent quality. Well done everyone at Boston!

Oh i love our Dobbies in Boston Lincolnshire.
The staff are so helpful. Always around when you need someone. Nothing is too much trouble. We use every department.
Its our local shop to go to.
The supermarket, the Delhi counter , pet shop and of course the coffee shop.
Never pop in without a cappuccino and a slice of cake.
Everywhere is very clean .
But really the staff make it there. Always happy and friendly.
Loved the Christmas section last year and brought so much from there.
Also i love that i can bring my disabled dogs in .
All the sfaff make a fuss of them .

They’re always so friendly and helpful at Boston Dobbies, it’s a go to place! (And I work for a garden centre, in fact I am a manager of one, oops)

We visited Dobbies Boston for the first time.
We had a drink in the cafe which was free with the dobbies card very nice.
We then browsed the garden centre and I wanted one of the offers from an email. I asked an assistant and they were very helpful and pointed the plants out. Very helpful staff and very pleasant place to visit.

Staff in the coffee shop and restaurant are well trained Good management
Maybe they need to be able to use own initiative on how things are cooked/baked
But on the whole no complaints

Suprised good discount on sales. Staff friendly professional approachable appeared happy to be at work. Organised well set out. Lovely restaurant food and drinks. Only downside toilets need a bit of TLC

When ever I visit I find the staff cheerful, helpful and kind

Lovely visit to Dobbies, so well presented and organised. We browsed, shopped and stopped for lunch. all excellent. It's very useful being able to do a top-up grocery shop without having to go elsewhere as well. Now we have our loyalty cards, we have a good excuse to visit regularly and to have a free coffee/tea (inc. Earl Grey)

Excellent garden centre just a bit pricey.

Love the restaurant. My husband really enjoys the fact he can get 'gluten free' fish and chips there. It's now a 'Fish Friday' regular for us. Picking up reduced cost plants, especially vegetables, works for me too...

V. quiet today, so good service in the cafeteria, when we had actually found a list of what was on offer, on very small labels attached to chiller cabinet so not very obvious. Main problem 3 cubicles inside ladies toilets, but 2 out of order, disabled toilet out of order. Not good.

Everything seems more expensive compared with when the garden centre was Johnson's.
The main restaurant is very impersonal, and Dobbies has very little ambiance, and staff/management seem very unapproachable.
