DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! I wish I read these reviews before I placed an ordered but unfortunately I didn’t and now the exact same thing has happened to me! I placed an order on 13th July, didn’t receive any tracking info so I emailed 4 different email accounts and I finally got a response today on 25th July saying my order is being cancelled due to “processing error”!!
The items I ordered are still available and in stock on their website so I have no idea what the processing error is?!
They’ve said they will process a refund for me however I’ve also opened a case with PayPal (thank god I paid via them!!)
Please don’t make the same mistake I did by ordering with DKNY!!
Terrible costumer’s service
Terrible costumer’s service! I am ordered jacket from them and after almost 2 weeks of waiting I received curtains. I contacted costumers service by phone and lady on a phone suggested that I contact costumer service by email to speed up the return process. I am immediately contacted costumer’s service by email, waited a week for response and contacted them again. CRICKETS! In a mean time I sent the curtains back and waiting for refund. Not sure how long I will wait for it.
$59.00 item missing in my delivery
They split my purchase into two shipments (have no idea why they did this in the first place). There were two items in this purchase.
The first item arrived well.
The second item did not arrive, the tracking is showing like it did arrive but it did not. I asked for additional evidence such as sign off or reception signature, but they keep ignoring my request.
The item's value is $59.00 and it is nowhere to be traced. I am really frustrated right now, this appears like scam.

Ordered a handbag for my wife’s birthday, order went through and they took the payment, 2 days later I get an email that they’ve cancelled my order with no explanation. Still no refund! Emailed customer services 3 times, no response. Terrible service

Not a satisfactory experience. Do not order from Canada if you plan on returning. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. Too small based on their size guide. I paid $209.00. I returned both only to be advised that I am being reimbursed $117.00. What happened to my remaining $82.00? The customer service rep on the phone could not answer that and no manager was available to help. No where on my original invoice did they indicate the amount of duty and taxes applicable. No where did they stipulate this kind of loss on their return policy. BEWARE. Never again. So disappointed. Order #1001150841 in case anybody from DKNY would like to investigate. Unless I am missing something somewhere, I just don’t understand.

I placed an online orders of almost £500 for 7 women hand bags and 3 men Tops on the 8 January 2023. Out of 7 bags ordered, only 3 bags with 3 Tops were delivered. And 4 bag items were missing. Infact, they're my best and most prefered items worth almost £250). How can items worth that much be missing? I still can't get over it 😫I'm really stressed out and it's affecting my health greatly.
It's over two weeks now, till date, that I have have been chasing this company for the 4 missing bag orders or refunds but to no avail. I have written several emails, contacted their customer service line, but they kept repeating the same story that they're waiting for response from their shipping company. For how long? I don't get it 😕
It's really shocking that DKNY company - a well-known and respected brand can be such irresponsible and unreliable. Infact; DKNY is one of my favourite designer brands alongside Micheal Kors and Ted Baker. I guess this is why this company is using DKNY brand image to defraud innocent people of their hard earned money. They really should be stopped from operating particularly online. It's not fair on us.
And it's such a pity that I have to fall a victim to this company's fraud, just like many other customers I just read their reviews. If only I had taking time to read all these reviews before making such huge mistake of placing any order at all how much more making such huge orders. All the reviews I read about them is so alarming. None of the reviews comes out positive. We all had either same or similar experiences ranging from unrecovered missing items; bad quality products; no refunds; bad/rude customer services 😉 🤔 🙄 Really! We shouldn't be going through this. It's a very stressful experience
Anyways, I have also contacted PayPal whom I paid through, and a transaction dispute case has been opened on my behalf. Even though it's over a week now since the case has been opened, I still haven't received any update on whether or not I'm getting my missing items or a refund. Fingers crossed, I'm still hopeful with PayPal intervention.
I will be back with my review to give you guys update whether or not I get back my 4 missing items or a refund of approximately £213.
In the meantime, please run, run, run! Don't fall victim too. Never order or buy directly from this DKNY company. It's very overwhelming and stressful. They cannot be trusted.
Based on my experience and many others, this company doesn't deserve any star. If there's less than 1 star, that's what they deserve.

DKNY girls coat quality is terrible
I brought a DKNY girl size 18 coat from Macys online. My daughter started wearing it a year after it was purchased. It looked fine in the plastic but when I took it out of the plastic strings were hanging everywhere. I opened the coat and the zipper part was ripped, there was a long rip inside where the lining is and the snap for the pocket has fallen off after the 3rd time she wore it. DKNY use to mean quality now it does not. Do not waste your money on this brand.

Worst Customer Service!
I made an online purchase through DKNY website.
Their page clearly states that all the fees are paid upon check out there is no hidden fees or suprises for customs - delivery etc for the international deliveries. My purchase got stucked at the custom and it has been more than a month now, I am trying to reach their team and they copy-paste the same generic template as a reply in every 4 days to say they are waiting for feedback from their management team.
They are not worthy - better shop online in secure websites or you will dive into the same hassle I am right now
The Website Needs Some Improvements
I haven’t bought from this brand for so long because they just were’t my style. But then I saw IG ads with really cool styles from DKNY so I thought ok why not? I ordered a hoodie and got XS.
It was too big (smallest size available) so I wanted to make a return. Return policy on the website isn’t very friendly. Doesn’t explain much. Basically, it gives the impression that there’s no return shipping label provided. However, the package did provide it but they didn’t provide the “return form”. Reached out to customer service twice to finally have someone send me a return form. Return form was a scanned version (no digital version, lol). Filled it out and it asked for Item # and Style #. Couldn’t find where to find item # so I just ignored it.
Also, it says they deduct $6 from your return. If I bought many items, I wouldn’t care so much becasue I understand shipping could be expensive. But becasue I bough one item, it was rather wasteful.
The selection is pretty cool and the styles are pretty nice, but the website is a bit funky and not much details are given about the products. The experience was ok. I would recommend them if you see something you like, just make sure you’re aware of return shipping costs. Other than that, they shipped my item out really quickly and the hoodie came well-protected.

About 5 years ago the bracelet on my ladies DKNY watch came loose. A tiny screw had come out. I took it back to the jewellers who sent it away to DKNY for repair. I was told it would cost £110. It came back 3 weeks later 'unrepairable". My partner has just bought a pack of tiny screws and screwdrivers for a fiver and he has fixed it for me as good as new. It cost me a kiss! I love the watch because he bought it for me but I wouldn't buy any DKNY product again.

I bought a handbag 6 months ago (receipt to prove) and the stitching has failed. They say no refund or replacement as it’s wear and tear. Lesson learnt …. they only expect their handbags to last 6 months? Pretty expensive for such a short life. Be careful.

Liked a jacket in store but they didn't have the right size. Store associate placed online order. I got 2 jackets delivered about 3 weeks later. And I saw i was charged for 2 of them. Called customer service (Carlos) and he was very rude and said you need to return the jacket and only after they receive it they ll be able to start the refund process. Worst customer service.

DO not order an item with a special occasion in mind... They use the cheapest possible option for delivery and over three weeks later, I still don't have. my shirt and the special occasion has long gone. Add to that, there is no possible way to contact FedEx to figure out what's happening (it was at the same place for DAYS)... then it moved further away... and there's no one to ask about it... not real happy with this...
