My experience with this internet store is good. I have ordered a purse and it was well packed, product is not fake or damaged. After I have read all comments here I was accepting that I will not receive product or I will get some other sort of bad experience. Quite opposite happened. I admit that it took a week before I got e-mail that package was sent. It has took totally less than two weeks to receive package, not bad. The website claims that all taxes are included and it appears to be true too. I haven’t tried to contact support, so have no experience with it. To summarize it, I got a lovely bag for a good price 👍👍👍

I was charged immediately when I placed my order, but it is 8 days later and the order is still listed as "unfulfilled." When I tried calling their customer service number I waited for 20 minutes but nobody responded. I sent them an email and nobody responded.
This company can improve vastly, if they care to. They should charge you only once your order ships, they can update you with the process as they scan, ship and deliver an item. They can have staff actually answer phone calls, respond to online chats and emails.

Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer and shocking for a higher end brand. Over 2 weeks and no movement on my order, have sent over 10 emails to customer service and not one reply. Will be reporting to credit card company as this is borderline fraudulent trading.

The worst company ever! And really wish I would have read the reviews first! Ordered 6 days ago and paid £12 for delivery which stated 3-6 days with not even a single update. My order was £120, the phone number doesn’t work, emailed 3 times and twice on instagram with no response! I really don't know what to do..

Purchased many items from their online store. They were delivered one at a time and it took over a month to receive my products. Also, deliveries were dropped off (without notifications, that they were being dropped off) by random people, who wouldn't even ring the doorbell, and at all times of the day/night.
One of the items was too big so I wanted to do an exchange. What an absolute nightmare! If I had known I would never have purchased anything from their website.
Firstly, trying to find a way to do the return was frustrating. Finally finding it, I had to navigate through all the rules of the return. So, number 1: I had to pay the postage return. 2: It would be deducted from my return. The price of my purchase was $97. The deduction would be $58. 3. Exchange would mean me returning the item and then making a separate purchase of the item.
Tried to get online help numerous times. Then, sent email with no response.
I will never purchase from this company again! And, if I could give zero stars, I would!

The product I received, after a significant delay, was much larger than expected. When trying it on, with the original price tag still attached, it felt more like a sleeping bag than a fashionable coat. Navigating their website to figure out the return process and obtain a refund was challenging. Once I located the return instructions, I learned they would deduct a $28 return shipping fee. While expensive, I agreed. They stated that refunds would be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, as confirmed by the tracking information.

However, despite following up twice, the refund took much longer than promised. To make matters worse, DKNY initially claimed they would deduct $28 for return shipping but ended up charging me $64 instead. When I reached out to customer service to question the additional $36 charge, their delayed response offered no explanation and simply asserted that the fee was "correct."

The entire experience was frustrating and felt deceptive from start to finish.

I received my order after a few weeks… It was a beautiful red sweater as depicted in the picture.

It had two stains. …..two stains on the front of the sweater….. it was as though somebody were eating their lunch while packing the sweater… Not only that I am an extra small the sweater said extra small. It was absolutely medium. There was no way it was an extra small.

I cannot believe Donna Karan would have her name associated with this online selling….

It is an absolute disgrace to her, Label….
Does she get to see these reviews? I wonder who sees them… Of course, I will never buy anything from them again even in the stores….

Please don't order online from DKNY. They are unfriendly staff. I ordered and paid priority delivery for 3 business days. They took 1 week to ship the product. Very horrible experience

ordered a bag from their website and I don’t know where it is, my tracking number doesn’t work and their customer service doesn’t answer, I wrote them two emails
I can’t call because I’m from Italy, also their live chat it’s ALWAYS unavailable, yeah… right

Wish I’ve read reviews here first. Sent back some items for return 2+ weeks ago. No confirmation for return so far. Sent 2 emails during the week and no replies so far. Very surprised a big name brand has such poor customer service. Think twice before you order from them

I ordered a bag off the DKNY.com site, at first I was skeptical of the purchase, and started panicking when I could not see the order being shipped, however after 10 Days, they used another warehouse depot in the US to ship, from that warehouse they then shipped to me in South Africa, and on my profile I noticed the order was fulfilled, I eventually received a tracking number that the package would arrive with DHL, however DHL did not have my correct address and kept picking up an old address of mine, I spoke with DHL after receiving all the tracking and they managed to correct my address, my bag arrived 12 days later, and it was exactly what I ordered, I am happy with the product and glad the DKNY site is legit... I hope this helps wrt the reviews I read below.

I could put 0 stars if I could, it is a scam. I have ordered two tops and even though all of them were available online one of them is backorder and they said they cancelled it.
They said that there is a refund but I haven't received anything so far after 15 days and there are no news on the rest of the order coming.
I have been scammed for a good amount of money from the original website and it does not come as a surprise that they don't have any reviews on their website or google...

Absolute joke! My bag has gone to a warehouse in US and waiting to be shipped. I’m going to call my bank and ask for a refund! There is no sign of it arriving although they keep saying it will come in 15 days. I ordered on the 3rd October. Don’t waste your time or money! I’ve lost nearly £70.00

My purchase was 10 days late, and I sent it back, but they have only refunded me 50%. The most horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM DK

Terrible customer service avoid buying from this website !The top i received was faulty and wanted £26 to return it with the label what a joke !! Faulty item and still expected me to pay return ! Live chats were chronic two hrs i waited to get a few replys . NEVER AGAIN worst ever

I orderd a cross body bag and still have not recieved anything. Mailed customur service several times and get no reply..

Customer service is the worst I've ever had.
Sent emails, contacted them on social media, live chat and I get nothing from them other than automated messages. I paid for express shipping but it has been sat in NY for 3 days. I'm supposed to have my items now.
I got through to live chat just for Carlos to end my chat without looking into my order.
