A great store deliver so fast has loads of stock as well

When the new speaker wasn’t working correctly they arranged a courier to collect it and a new speaker was delivered exactly one week later, excellent customer service

Purchased a pioneer FLX4 package and some additional leads. Got a call saying that they didn't have the leads in stock but had a replacement (which were of a higher value) or I could wait a few days for the lead to come back in stock. Took the option for the alternative lead and the package arrived the following day. Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic customer service when husband phoned to enquire which decks he would need, very knowledgeable staff. 2nd time I've purchased from here and highly recommend. Fast delivery too.

We purchased a set of high end speakers which were out of stock everywhere in UK, These guys were showing stock so we ordered with trepidation, but the confirmation email arrived, the dispatch email arrived and the next day delivery was 100% as promised. Prices were also lower than elsewhere, absolutely delighted with this service and the communication.

We visited DJ Superstore and I was travelling with my wife who is in an Electric wheelchair. There was plenty of parking and a access ramp into the building. We were given time to look around the store and eventually one of the staff served us. I was asking about Active speaker's and stands. The sales advisor was polite and nothing was too much. He was very helpful and checked too see we were ok, when leaving. Would definitely visit again.

Darren and the rest of the team at the southend branch are always patient with my questions. They have lots of knowledge and experience with everything from leads to speakers and mixers. I've had to change my kit to adapt to off grid events and they've helped me every step of the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Charmaine :)

I have been mixing for over 25 years and took the jump from vinyl to digital. I had a 101 questions as I'm a complete novice with this new style of mixing and everyone one at the DJ Superstore are extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and 100% honest. Definitely recommend these guys.
