Great item had an issue with delivery but great service from customer support and after there help and several shop visits they found my package that they didn’t have thanks again

I went to purchase an item from DJKit on Sunday, which was clearly advertised with free delivery. On reaching checkout, I was unable to proceed without paying £7.99 for delivery, so sent a message to the store to ask for a resolution. I received no response to my message, and have today returned to the item's page to see the previously advertised free delivery has been removed.

I appreciate that it's within the store's rights to do this, but it's a poor show to not honour what has been advertised to a customer, and poor customer service to make that change with no response to my original communication.

I'll now be making my purchase elsewhere and will not be using DJKit again. Extremely disappointing.

Haven't used the guys in a while but 5 star service as always. I did look at other places for the item but too many fakes elsewhere so knew the item they were selling was 100% genuine.
