Delivery was a bit hit and miss
I was asked at the beginning what the finished opening size was, which I gave, only to find when everything turned up they had taken 40mm off the width and 20mm off the height to allow for panels. Therefore the doors were the wrong size for the opening.
Luckily I had ordered an extra panel so I was able to make it all fit would be nice if they mentioned at the beginning they would take off the panels width when making the doors

Ordered two sets of doors online for bedroom, arrived after 10 days. Delivery company kept me updated.
Installed myself, instructions precise and easy to follow, quality product and absolutely thrilled with outcome.

An easy process to follow to place the order. Delivered within a few weeks and placed exactly where i needed them for installation . Relatively easy to install although the easy close, which i didn't realise was included was a little tricky . Very pleased with the end result.

On time helpful drivers

Saw Spacepro sliding wardrobe doors displayed at B&Q Preston and followed the instructions on their website very user friendly. The main attraction was they are made to measure. The fitting instructions could be easier to follow and the fitting of the base rail is over engineered but I figured it out eventually. I have fitted these types of doors in the past but the quality of Spacepro is far superior

As a “ made to measure “ product , I did not expect to have to cut pieces down to fit the sizes I ordered……
It wasn’t the liners but the tracks that were 100mm too long

Wardrobe doors delivered in about a week not 21 days, perfect fit into my alcove with the liners. Website for ordering easy to use , far better than wickes whose staff at 2 stores said they didn't do custom size spacepro doors (which they actually do )

We’ve had three of these systems and the quality has got progressively worse over time.

Initially there was a pelmet at the top and the finish was excellent, recent wardrobes now look almost industrial, they have a metal finish, there is no pelmet, the paint is so poor they have begun to rust (the oldest one is still fine).

Bear in mind that the company also decide that your measurements aren’t correct, they automatically reduce the width if you order an end panel (leaving our track and wardrobes too short), they reduce the height you’ve measured and so you have to raise the wheels to their max and they look awful, like they’re standing on tip-toe.

It’s a pain to get replacement doors, I decided to get mirror inserts to replace broken ones as it as too painful.

I won’t be buying from Spacepro again, they were great, now they aren’t.

I was looking for a stylish, but strong wardrobe internal storage system - and I got it. The frame is wow and sturdy once assembled. It fits the space perfectly even if the walls are not straight - most walls and floors are uneven.
The only issue I have is that some screws that come fitted on marked holes are machine tight and it is very difficult to remove them when assembling the pieces. This said, I am one very happy client.

it was so bad experience to give an order. I had some technical question to ask nobody could answer. I have been b&q store and even the manager was not aware of spacepro thing. the product arrived the other day. it is not a wardrobe at all - just doors no indication in the web site about this. the flooring and ceiling has to be perfectly levelled to make this work? how come you dont write this on the product web site. totally disaster now I have to build a levelled framing around the door and cover inside with mdf melamine, which cost about extra £1000. stay away from it. go and buy a proper wardrobe. do not recommend.

Very pleased with the doors. Order was delivered much quicker than expected. Got a call from the delivery company the day before delivery day and they were delivered when they said they would. Doors were so easy to fit and look great.

The delivery was on time and the guys very helpful.
However they parked their vehicle on the pavement, it is illegal to park a commercial vehicle on the footpath for two reasons, firstly it damages underground services and causes service ducts to collapse. Secondly it prevents pedestrians from using the footpath, the clue is in the name, "footpath". As soon as the guys parked up a young mother pushing a baby in a buggy accompanied by a toddler had to walk down a live lane to get around your vehicle.
I will inform my sister who is a senior manager at B&Qs headquarters in Chandlers Ford.

I haven't yet been able to assemble the doors as the build is not at that stage. My review is for the ease of purchase; the exchange of information re delivery, and the delivery itself.

The sliding doors and frame were delivered when they said they would be however I think that the directions for installation could be clearer as we are having to rely on the Spacepro installation videos. Apart from that I am happy with the product which was made to measure and didn’t need to be cut or altered in any way.

Great product. It looks fantastic. Only prob was contradiction with delivery men as customer service advised they would wait until I checked product in case of return but they wouldn’t wait and said I had 72 hours to notify of any damage to product and left me to unpack and check very large, heavy doors. All was good. Would definitely recommend made to order doors.

Ordered with ease online. Given plenty of notice of delivery day and contacted day before to confirm time slot which they met. Installation was done by myself and went ok for 1st time . The final finish looks amazing very pleased would definitely recommend to friends and family.

got them on time and they are very nice and pleased with them .
however there was some parts missing and weh i called you after i emailed them the lady said sehe would sort thethe missing part out tomorrow as it now 4.45 and they go home at 5pm ,i said i have clothes all over the floor , and she said the part would be posted out the next day and would be 3 to 5 working days ,which is a joke as they could and should have been sent 24th postage , there turned up 4 days ,and they were the wrong bit as i even sent a photo of the bit missing and they still got it wrong , so i called again and they blamed a picking issue ,and would send out the right ones and agian 3 to 5 working days , and i still not got them .
so i had to make up my own fix plates for the rails as my wife was getting upset with are her cloths all over the floor .
so my advice to any one buying this product is , before you even start working ,check every part is there ,as if one you will have to wait weeks for the parts to be sent out .
the only thing i would say is they do look very nice once all down , so the product is great ,but the customer service is rubbish, but the second lady i spoke to was more understanding ,but still did not post they on a 24hrs postage . JUST CHECK YOU HAVE ALL THE PARTS BEFORE YOU START PUTTING THEM UP

Good ordering, delivery was easy to book. One door faulty, emailed and prompt reply with replacement being arranged.
