Everything in the last several reviews has happened to me. They have my money. I have no tv. Despite this I am receiving text messages asking how was my buying experience, and am I satisfied with the product! Please don't use them.

I bought a chrome cast in December but a candle was delivered instead. I've tried emails on how I can get my refund but no one responds. Am tired of emailing. Just want my money back. Order no.0065 372 956

Wish I had read these reviews first but after using Curry’s for numerous years without issue this is the first time after buying a tumble dryer I had to use their customer service dept.
There customer service is none existent and an absolute disgrace. Web chat staff absolutely useless, unable to speak to anyone in person. If fact the only way I eventually got to speak to anyone was when I spoke with Hoover repairs who told me how to get by their phone system to speak to someone. They suggest pressing option 4 whenever possible and not answering any questions verbally if asked. This got me to a person but again they were totally useless as well. I have been left waiting on the phone for hours and now have a tumble dryer which Hoover suggests shouldn’t be use in a garage at low temp but nothing on the Curry’s website to suggest this.
Absolutely disgusted and never using Curry’s again. I could go on but I won’t as you can tell I have lost the will to live with Curry’s which is what I expect they hope people do,

The delivery men had really good people skills and Very friendly , Funny. I would definitely recommend curry's delivery service. outstanding performance

Where do I start and end bought TV from Currys delivered wet and box broken which wasn’t noticed till after the deliveries had gone opened it the following day as it was delivered late in the evening when we examined it more closely there was some marks on screen called asked for an exchange we were told we would get an email within 2 days advising of the exchange and pick up of the faulty TV this did not happen after 3 phone calls later and over 2 hours spent in time being told same thing we said to just take the TV back thinking it would be easier to just re-order, after trying to sort everything out we asked twice for a manager to call still no phone call Currys have the television back for 10days no refund to our account they have taken a payment via DD and interest which I was not advised of ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sent my new laptop to be fixed, on return it was still broken. I've had weeks and weeks of messages just going round in circles. No apology, they won't answer my messages or try and rectify the situation. Absolutely appalling.

I bought dishwasher in June 2020 with 5 years care plan. The dishwasher arrived faulty. We spent 8 weeks for engineering to confirm it’s faulty, they didn’t collect it till today date and we didn’t receive our refund till today date. If you looking to buy large items stay a way from curry’s.

Wanted to buy a laptop for Christmas. Went on Currys as they were offering a 10% discount. Spent hours trying to get the discount accepted at check out and eventually paid full price. Could not get hold of them at all and finally had to write. They rang back weeks later and basically said "Tough" nothing they could do. Have always found customer service terrible in their stores

i order quite a few appliances as a landlord - they recently do not send any confirmation and you cannot get hold of them - use AO.com

Absolute disgrace of a company,
Ordered and paid for an IPhone 12 Pro £999.
As stated in stock, paid for next day delivery 5 weeks ago, no phone no email communication, nothing.
Can’t get any answers for the call centre. There will never be another purchase from this store.

Bought a macbook for my business as mine has broke - 2 days later and im left hanging - no emails cant get through to customer service

How this company is still going is beyond me? Joke!!!!

I placed an order online for a Lumix camera - £369. It stated the camera was available to purchase and would be available to collect 3 days later, as the item had to be delivered to my local store. They immediately debited my account as. Information of purchase. So far so good. Collection day arrrives and I eagerly await confirmation that my camera was in store and ready for collection... NOTHING! No emails to tell me to collect it. No text. Nothing! So I called customer service and they said they gave the camera I bought to a customer who placed an order before me and now there were no cameras available. But, they were more than happy to take my money knowing they had none to sell! Next available stock would be the 12/02 when the original order was the 29/01.
Awful company, but very good at taking your money. Ps have to wait 5 days to get my money back so it'll be earning them interest. Even the man on the door at Curry's (handing out the click and collect items because of COVID) said it was a shambles and was very embarrassed. Not happy!

Bought online, not delivered and as usual, you can get through to customer service.
Honestly, I have made this mistake twice.
Why are they still in business?...If your local merchants did the same...

Seriously poor customer service. Ordered a laptop 18 Jan, was broken, sent it back as requested by Curry's. Now in a loop of ridiculously poor customer services of getting a new operative with only half the story every time..no laptop and a dent in our savings. Apparently Curry's PC World do not have the ability to dial externally so no-one can sort the problem and call us back. Email to the CS email link on the website and got a bounce back, 'this is no longer monitored'. Only gave 1 star because thats the minimum but really 0 stars.

Awful customer service. Item delivered is broken! I have been trying to get it exchanged for the past 3 hours and phone line keeps either cutting out or I’m being told different information by different operators or I’m told I’ve come through to the wrong department ( when I haven’t) and they can’t put me through to the right one and if they do, you get cut off. Nearly made it through to resolving it and when we got cut off I expected a call back.... nothing!!! And then when I called back no notes taken and no record of anything. The next person hung up on me. Conflicting information being given and only automated messages of you try to contact in another way.

Ordered an Apple Watch on 3-5 day delivery as a monitoring device for my elderly mother. I have an order number. They have taken my money. I have been bombarded with emails to enable me to activate services associated with the Apple product, but no delivery tracking number and no watch. Customer services number advertised is 'not recognised', web chatbots do not work, there is no email address. Customer services is a black hole. I just wish I had read these reviews before placing the order.

My parcel went missing trying to speak to a person on the help line was a nightmare. There is a phone number you can get through on 03445610098 hope this may help other people. Spent 4 hours on phone over last 3 days. Today they have said they will resend

Shocking service.Bought brand new fridge in July broke down not fixible just before christmas.Since then till today 31.01 i am without fridge.Already contacted Currys 3 times but every time diffrent customer adviser asking me about to tell him same story.Replacment are not available as they are not in stock money refund not possible.They are just bunch of t...s and s..t stain w.....s.See you in court n..s
