Have probably spent over £1500 on multiple orders with Diversion and have never been let down. Staff are always helpful and resolve any queries I have had.

Do not use this company I ordered a pair of paddle extensions which clearly from the pictures you can see, do not fit ,the glue wouldn’t hold, and every time you change gear, the paddle came loose so not fit for purpose I returned them and had to pay £7 in postage for them to only give me a partial refund saying they had checked them and there was nothing up with them , even though they were clearly not fit for purpose, secondly, I ordered the crystal stop start button which came in Chinese packaging so was sent direct from China, not from themselves this also was too big and didn’t fit and I was only given a partial refund. this company is not trustworthy. I’m sends good’s direct from AliExpress only costing a few pounds ,you have been warned, use them at your risk .

Ordered for the first time and had issues with LED bulbs and their fitment... Customer service was excellent, even rang me on my mobile. Product quality is superb, I would highly recommend Diversion Automotive.

Amazing company been buying off them for a while now never had any issues and if you do have an issue they fix it straight away. There response time is amazing there always happy to help with anything if you ask them all the products are really good quality as well

Made quite a few orders since getting my mk6 polo gti, been kept up to date with what’s happening with my deliveries. When emailing them with questions they answer almost instantly and there customer service was fantastic.

Just got a custom steering wheel put on and it’s the best thing I ever did and thank you for the work they did putting it on for me

Quick delivery, well packaged, all items ordered arrived all in good condition, all fitted my vw polo gti very happy with with items bought and I hope to purchase again in the future.

I ordered a custom steering wheel and it did take abit longer then I thought but it was well worth the wait , the customer experience was amazing and I would fully recommend ordering from there

Excellent customer service!

I ordered some replacement wing mirror covers because one of them snapped off, the covers were dispatched and delivered promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately one of them was for the mk7.5 golf instead of mk8 but the response and resolution from customer services puts this company above most. I reached out on a Friday and they instantly dispatched the replacement. The courier collected the incorrect item and delivered the correct one on Monday morning, meaning I didn’t need to leave my house to sort out a return, pay anything for the return or be without the replacement whilst a return was sorted. Been a long time since a company made a real effort to help with a mistake like this and it’s testament to a great customer service team.

Nice and easy order that was processed straight away from Diversion, always available to talk through parts and orders, very friendly on their side and makes ordering very easy. The whole image of diversion is fantastic and the customer service is impeccable, and I wish them many many more years in business! Thanks guys

Should I just post our entire email thread? Funny how my order has been in transit for our 3 weeks and no attempt at delivery has been made and there is no proof of attempt at delivery and you’re entire last response was your not responsible for missed delivery and won’t refund or replace an item you’ve sent, leaving the customer (me) without the item they paid you for!!!

I have reported your company to trading standards with all email threads and dates.

Would give no stars if possible. Made an order back in September and still not received it. Reporting them to trading standards. They have taken my money and basically told me that me not receiving my purchase is not their problem and they won’t be sending a replacement not refunding me. Scammers!!!!

Amazing order total custom carbon and yellow steering wheel for the mk3 focus rs yes they take about 6 to 8 weeks depending on the order but 100% worth the wait so much so I have now ordered a custom carbon and purple one for the mk3.5 focus st great company
