I’ve been on my course for the last few months and I’ve found it fantastic! The tutors are VERY knowledgeable and will support you as much as they can. Because of DLC I’m now getting access to university to do my degree. I’d especially like to thank my tutor Tejinder Rajput, she has been so patient and has gone above and beyond in terms of helping me meet the course criteria offering tutorials and support wherever I needed it! Distance learning centre refused to process my application after receiving my money.
Be very careful - they pretend to be a believer in furthering your education but unfortunately it seems they pick and choose who they want to work with; discriminating against whoever they choose.

I have used numerous training/education/homeschool providers over the years, as my son is homeschooled. Not all good. My son who has autism has only being doing the course for a few weeks but has aleady found it, easy to navigate, with clear goals and outcomes, it's engaging/enjoyable and most important he is learning and wants to.
Once we signed up, we had all the necessary information within 30 minutes to start the course.
The Tutor introduced himself quickly and already responded to his first assignment in such an engaging, encouraging, pleasant tone. A wonderful start.

The service I received was second to none. From the moment I decided on the course I wanted to go for to the moment I received my certificate the process was flawless. Within an hour our paying for my course, I had emails from my tutor, my study plan and confirmation all my resources had been posted to my works address. My tutor was on hand for any of my questions and the response time was more than acceptable! I would definitely recommend Distance learning to anyone looking to complete a course within their working day to day life.

My recent course with Distance Learning Centre was an absolute joy. Whilst I have studied before, it was many years ago and I was a little nervous about taking the plunge and enrolling. I need not have been. The course itself was clear and excellently facilitated. Both the course leader and my tutor were supportive, enthusiastic and encouraging. Feedback throughout was helpful and personal meaning that although the course was completed at a distance, it didn't feel that way. A huge thank you for an enjoyable year of learning something new.

Great designed user friendly training package, email help was generally quickly responded to, and very helpful.

The materials and the support from my tutor was excellent

I really enjoyed this course. I haven’t studied since school but found the materials easy to follow, useful and helpful. The feedback I received on each assignment was both constructive and encouraging. I am 43, have 3 children and work and managed to complete the course on time.

I was really impressed at how Michael, one of the staff in the Student support unit attended to my complaint. I recently enrolled on one of their courses, only to discover that I am more advanced in practice than that course and would not be happy undertaking it again. I was much delighted that the team was able to help me arrange another course of choice and rightly on time. I would recommend them for any online IT training.

Top notch customer service!! Registration was easy, received informative emails signed off by real contactable people. I had to have the item redelivered and spoke with a very helpful lady who got on to FedEx straight away. The printed course materials look high quality and it's much easier to work from a printed book rather than online.

Great value and so much easier to deal with than Stonebridge/Learn Direct, who treat their customers terribly (still trying to get my refund).

I've done three courses with Distance-Learning, MOS Word, MOS Powerpoint and MOS Excel. After passing the three MOS qualifications I was awarded the MOS Associate certificate. The courses were all online whereby you read slides and then do exercises to reinforce your learning. As part of the course you are given access to the GMetrix software which is invaluable to prepare students for taking the MOS exams. You answer test questions and have the option to click on a question mark if you need help answering.

These courses are particularly good for those that need a "refresher" course and/or want to pass the MOS exams, they are also good value for money.

Well made program that suits everyone, especially beginners. Good explanation so you learn quick and effectively. Any question and problem I got, answered shortly.

Webmaster course teaches you how to build websites, but also improves your confidence a lot while you study further.

I have just completed a Word 2019 & 365 Essentials course which I purchased as part of a package of courses so I can become a Microsoft Office Specialist. The course content has been easy to follow, the enrolling process was straightforward and once I sent off my assignments and exercises the results, useful feedback and certificate came back within a couple of working days after I had sent it so I am a happy customer and looking forward to using Distance Learning Centre for the other courses I have booked. I did send a query and got a reply on the same day so I would recommend Distance Learning Centre to any of my colleagues and friends.

This is my first experience of distance learning which I found amazing.
