I ordered four large, bespoke acrylic display cases from DisplayPro. Though they were packed very carefully and robustly, somehow DHL managed to badly damage three of them.

DisplayPro were excellent and quickly sent replacements.

The cases are very high quality and millimetre precise to my measurements. They look fantastic and provide the protection that I needed.

Order confirmation says 3/4 working days. I still haven’t received my goods since playing the order 5th August and it’s now 13th August but I’m told it won’t arrive till 14th. You do the maths.

Have not received my order yet. Called for an update after the 3-5 working days for expected delivery, and was told that they hadn’t received the materials from their supplier to produce my order. Thanks, now I have the facts/status. No apology or anything like that though, despite my expected delivery slipping from 1 week to 2 weeks. A few lessons in customer service would be beneficial.

My stainless steel splashback was obviously damaged in transit, when I sent in some pictures and an explanation, another splashback was sent out with no quibble. The splashback is now safely installed in a customers house and looks great the quality of the product is excellent. (Well done team)

The factory had a flood and so goods were delayed. When I called they apologised and refunded me the postage I had paid. Goods arrived end of that week. Product good quality and as requested . Would use again.

Displays were as described and work very well, as intended. Will likely be ordering more in the future!

Very pleased with my splashback

I paid £14.40 for premium shipping on Tuesday. it is now Friday and I still haven't received my item. it's only been shipped today. This has affected my job site and added a delay.

I have not received my order and have not had a reply to my email last Saturday. 3-5 days delivery has gone past.
