I've bought a jigsaw which just arrived. The packaging is gorgeous! I didn't want to open it then found a clever way at the back so the stamps and stickers aren't damaged. So creative and clever. The jigsaw box itself is designed to look like a book and is utterly beautiful. When you open it, the inside of the box is designed with the jigsaw picture, as well as a larger pullout print of the picture. Wonderful quality. I'll definitely buy from this company again. As a fan of The Discworld, I feel like I've just received a hug from Sir Terry himself!

Have ordered several times from the Emporium. Excellent service, comms, products and the packaging is just a delight. Recommended.

We simply cannot fault this company in any interaction or order we've had with them. Last year my Mom ordered a puzzle and I found a piece missing, which was quickly replaced with an entire new puzzle much to the delight of both of us, me especially as I am new but avid fan of the discworld universe. Staff are always jolly and polite and we look forward to being able to visit the shop in person once COVID has gone. Another added bonus is the packaging of the orders with all the discworld stamps and stickers. I definitely want Death's library stamp for my own collection.

The item of clothing when it arrived was overly generous in size. The store was super accommodating with regards to organising a return, and very friendly. We purchased another item in a smaller size and received a refund for the item we returned. The refund was processed very quickly.

One of my all time favourite shops. (Well websites, still not made it in person). Have placed several orders over the past couple of years and the only time I had a problem it was resolved with the minimum amount of fuss. All the products we have received have been top quality.

The best shop on planet earth. I have never been to the actual shop (yet!) but I have ordered online, and let me tell you, I have never been so delighted in all my life.
The parcels arrive with wonderful discworld stamps on them, and little receipts from the Thieves Guild. Even the parcel is like something you'd find in discworld. It was so magical receiving that parcel. Even the post man was smiling down at it in wonder.
I ordered a heap of books from there and the kind people at the shop wrapped them up in delightful old-fashioned paper.
I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I wish I could give it ten stars.

I ordered after 5pm on 5th August and on 7th August I have my parcel covered in Discworld stamps safely hidden until the birthday! This is the second time I have ordered during covid and was delighted to find the order on my doorstep within days. The customer service is remarkable and why I had to write this review!
I really enjoy reading the descriptions of items on the website, all the little quirky bits make me chuckle. And the emails have that same sense of quirk just like the books. Simply wonderful!

The true mark of a great company is how they deal with problems. I had an item with a manufacturing defect that was Not the fault of the Discworld Emporium. when I phoned them up the call was answered quickly and the woman I spoke to sorted out the problem immediately. she was a wonderful representative of the company, polite and helpful.

I placed an order during this time if crisis knowing that the order could be delivered very late (uk to Italy). After around 8 days the package arrived and it was embellished with discworld stamps and signs. The contents were in perfect condition. Very happy

Honestly the most wonderful shop. Careful, kind, considerate. Very much makes a difference to the experience, and especially dear to me as Pratchett is a very important author in my life. Can't emphasise enough quite how good they are.

Fantastic staff, shop and website - they are so friendly, love to talk about all things / anything Pratchett. The products I've bought have all been really good quality, creative, inventive, humorous - just overall fantastic.
They recently replaced an incomplete item I was bought as a Christmas present - even though its possible it might have been me that lost the part. They responded to my email really fast, on a Sunday, and the new item arrived on the Tuesday morning.

Always excellent service. The products are brilliant for Discworld fans and always of high quality. Nothing is more exciting than to receive a box covered in discworld stamps from the postie!

I decided to order some stuff for my husband for Christmas, but the web site said it was too late to get it in time for Christmas and items would arrive in January. I still ordered and much to my surprise everything came 2 days later just in time for Crimbo. The package looks amazing and my husband will be very excited.

Other than the awesome stuff they sell, these guys go the extra mile to make your purchase special. The packaging was amazing and looked like it had been sent from Ankh-Morpork.

Totally brilliant, I like supporting these guys as much as I enjoy shopping with them :D
