Customer service is fantastic. They went out of their way to phone with an update on what was happening on 2 occasions which felt reassuring. Also very friendly on the phone. Makes all the difference and would recommend.

Every single job we've done with DSP has been executed to the highest quality, with quick turnaround and amazing customer care. Never looking anywhere else! Georgia in the support team has always been so kind, friendly, accommodating and makes every effort to make us feel looked after as repeat customers. I feel very valued and supported by this brilliant company! Buy with total confidence.

Straightforward order process, easy customisation options, plenty of different labels and stickers. We use this company every month and would highly recommend both the quality of their products and the pricing.

Ordering is made simple, had brilliant customer support from Lawrence. Hopefully the stickers are as good as the service!

Always good and reliable. Thanks

I've beenn using DSP for many years now for my brand and theyre always good with shipping and just general customer support if needed. Stickers always come out with top tier finish so cant really fault them at all

We started using DSP to produce stickers for our business, and we have no complaints. Really helpful and ensures your orders are coming out perfectly, even calling you if something isn't quite right with your order. They go above and beyond; you won't regret using them.

Bethan unepectedly waived an extra fee that was due, from start to finish Jake, Louis and other team members have all been great with customer service and explanations of products and best advise what would work best. have used DSP a few times and will continue to do so, thanks again Steph

Very helpful with changes to the sizing, the portal is easy to use for messaging back and forth.
Very good price and quality

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS……

I emailed for assistance and was initially told they couldn’t help because it was a “basic order.” After complaining, someone finally sent a quote but it was 171% higher than my previous order. When I asked why the price had jumped so drastically, I got no proper explanation.

I then tried requesting a price match via online chat, which was a complete waste of time. After nearly wasting half the day on the online chat they refused to match the price because it involved a Black Friday discount code and when I asked to match it without the code, they came up with new excuses about delivery timelines.

Don’t bother with their price match promise they won’t honour it.
