Branded insulated mugs & stainless steel waterbottles
I ordered custom branded insulated mugs & water bottles and I am thrilled with the outcome. Both products are beautiful & well-made. I will be selling these as well as giving them as gifts to members of our studio. Best yet- the customer service I received was exceptional. My sales representative James was quick to connect with me via email & over the phone to make sure I was ordering exactly what I needed and ensured that I would get them in time for a fundraising event. The two orders arrived separately and James connected with me after each delivery to make sure they were received and I was happy with the products. I will absolutely be ordering from Discountmugs again. As a small business, these product orders are no small decision and I am so pleased with my investment. Thank you Discount Mugs!

I needed assistance in a reorder and my account didn't have my past orders listed on it. However, customer service directed me to sales and I got my former orders pulled back up for a re-order. And they allowed for rush shipping as well.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! I placed an order in December, they made a minor mistake and offered to fix it (great) but these shirts were needed for a nonprofit MLK Event for kids, so I made sure to tell them I could have them no later than January 19th. I received the tracking information today and they will not be here until after the event.
I communicated with customer service on an almost daily basis letting them know the deadline but they disregarded that information after promises and assurances that they would be here. I even offered to cancel the order so I could go to another company, which I was told there was no need for. I spoke to someone today who told me there was nothing they could do, so now I have 100 children coming to an event without the swag that was advertised in our outreach.
Completely disappointed and frustrated over every single aspect of this transaction.

I ordered 36 engraved mugs and gave them to all my clients. Then I washed one so I could use it at home. The engraving was A STICKER! It came off in the dishwasher! I am mortified. They claim they are refunding me, but that will never make up for the embarrassment of giving a plain white mug that was meant to be a meaningful gift with my branding on it. UNBELIEVABLE!
