Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me! Shipping disaster two years in a row!
So we are a youth sports program. We ordered from them last year. The item was fine, but the delivery was not. It didn't arrive on time. We had to manually distribute the items since they didn't arrive on time for the end-of-year party. Fast forward to this year. Despite what happened last year and all the assurances that everything would arrive on time (we had paid extra for expedited shipping), only one item made it. The other is in limbo, and we have no idea when it will arrive. Which is unfortunate, as it's the bag for all the items we were going to hand out this year. They chose to ship it via UPS ground instead of the expedited shipping that I paid for. If you are going to guarantee a delivery day that we plan on, you shouldn't take the cheap route and ship it via ground, with NO guarantee. Contacted customer service, their solution? Offer the credit on the shipping. Two days later, the item has still not arrived, and there is no delivery date with UPS. Now, I'm scrambling to figure out the distribution of the items the kids were supposed to receive. Stay away. There will not be a third time! If you enjoy headaches and stress, then this is the company you want to deal with.
EDIT - Surprisingly, despite them CLAIMING to reach out, no one has. Ruined our event and now I have a bunch of bags I have to deliver to 200 families...

This order was a last minute I need it right-a-way type order and the Representative took his time and solved every problem, gave me the best advice and ensured me that everything would be well and also called and emailed to ensure I had received my order. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!
This company charged for expedited shipping and showed that an order would be delivered by June 7th. It blatantly misled during the order process. When I called after order wasn't received as stated when ordered, the company stated it would not ship for an additional week. I would avoid this company at all costs. In my opinion, they do this all the time and make excuses why order wasn't shipped. Most probably accept this and the company just refunds their shipping, still making money. Companies like this should be avoided at all cost. Show them that this type of thing will not be tolerated.

Patrick was a big help. I run several businesses and don't have time for solicitation calls, so when I told him I preferred email, he contacted me by email after that and I placed an order. It was nice that he didn't seem offended and was respectful of my time. I will be contacting him again!
