I ordered Kong Refillable Corduroy Mouse . This being my cat’s favourite toy. She has had one for 6 years - it's getting threadbare, & replacements are suddenly hard to find. She is a picky puss and has never accepted substitutes, so I was delighted to find them advertised & promptly ordered 2.
Anyone who has ever had a toddler with a favourite toy will understand!
What arrived is, I think the Kong refillables rat - fluffy (definitely NOT corduroy!) with a felt tail. Hopefully our younger cat might accept them, because I have no expectation that the older cat (who it was intended for) will ever play with them - she knows what she likes - the purple corduroy mouse, which she takes to bed with her every night. It is her ’teddy bear’ & I have always replaced it when it becomes threadbare, but she has never accepted substitutes. That is the toy I was trying to buy and I am very disappointed that they sent the wrong item.

On the manufacturer's recommendation, I ordered a rabbit run in January. It never arrived even though DP say it was despatched by DHL. They wouldn't provide a tracking reference. They no longer reply to emails, and their phone goes directly to voicemail, which is full.
Even thought their prices are good do not be fooled into ordering from this company

Absolutely the most diabolical company I've ever purchased from. They sent the wrong item and will not answer the phone or respond to emails. The only thing the seem to be good at it taking your money. Steer well clear of this company to avoid disappointment.

Have not received my order on the due date I emailed them and got no reply and they won't answer the phone. The shop tracker app says they are still preparing my order. I think this company may be a scam.

Took an online order, never posted it, never responded to emails and never answered the phone. Had to report this through the bank. Joke of a company. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

I ordered a zoo med 20 gallon turtle kit for my son birthday and waited a month or more when estimated 1-5 business days and arrived broken I was devastated all the glass was smashed and none of the things that came with the tank worked.1-2 days later I send them an e mail and they never responded then rung them up asked for a refund but did'nt give me it asked for proof so we took pictures of the broken tank and sent it to them and never responded again and we rung for the 2nd time and they said we can take to a small court to take legal action and said they have done it before and they have won after they said that they ended the call so I got no refund at ALL and it was a waste of money my son sad and never got a turtle I DO NOT RECOMMEND WAST OF MONEY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Oh dear gawd. Do NOT order from here. I've never been so incredibly unhappy with a purchase experience. I placed an order for over £270 and only received a partial of the order and no refund. I eventually received other items from the same brand..But not anything that I wanted. I ordered dog treats (8 chicken legs, 7 pork chops, 8 pork ribs, 7 t-bones and 7 lamb chops) and received 6 t-bones originally. After placing a dispute with PayPal, I got a box with 18 t-bones. If I'd WANTED 18 t-bones, I would have ordered them! So needless to say, still disputing with them over a refund for the original items which were ordered April 10. This is June 14. Just...Don't do it. Do NOT use these people.
