Firstly, you cannot contact this company AT ALL by phone so you have to email. Your emails are then replied to by a different person each time. My issue was that the article never arrived and it was only when I took out a complaint with Paypal that it mysteriously arrived 2 days later! Prior to that they said that I would have to wait at least 3 weeks to 'prove' that it hadn't arrived. Their whole attitude is 'unhelpful, their emails gobblydedook and their attitude is that somehow it is you, the customer's fault that there is a problem - nothing to do with them! Absolutely unbelievable when in today's competitive marketplace customer service is the key to success!

This product was marked as 5-7 working days for delivery. Three weeks later I am still waiting. I've given up and purchased elsewhere.

I recently purchased two items from digitalmediastore the items arrived two days earlier than the contracted date which was very good. Both items were exactly as described on there web site. I will be using this seller again. I have already recommended them to one of my colleagues.

I ordered a battery charger for a camera, received email immediately and another when charger dispatched. When it arrived it was very well packed. Only gripe was it took 8 days from Belgium to UK.

Over the past two years or so I've bought numerous items from digitalmediastore (namely camcorder batteries, camcorder battery chargers, various camcorder accessories, video microphones (2) etc.). Throughout this time I have been highly satisfied with the quality of the goods supplied (especially their Dot-Foto branded items). The one and only item I ever received which didn't work (due to a suspected manufacturing fault) was replaced without quibble after I emailed customer service describing the symptoms of the fault. The replacement (video mic) works fine. I thoroughly recommend this company.
