He took the time to answer my questions and helped me get everything sorted without any pressure. It’s nice to find that level of professionalism and helpfulness. A pleasant and positive shopping experience
We recently shopped for an air fryer in DID Lucan. My husband spotted salesman whom he’d previously found helpful.
Daniel was indeed a most pleasant and helpful young man. One air fryer which interested us was not out on display so he removed one from the packaging and then allowed us time to make a decision between our final 2 options. He answered all our queries so that we confidently reached a decision on the air fryer which was best suited to our needs.
Based on this pleasant shopping experience, and on previous experiences, I can confidently recommend DID Lucan for purchasing electrical appliances and TVs etc.

Washing machine purchased in Lucan…
Washing machine purchased in Lucan store, we forgot our measuring tape to double check measurements and Dave was more than happy to help. Really happy with the service as we had previously been to view the same machine in another chain and were waiting for assistance for 10 minutes so we knew we’d have a better experience in DID.
