Excellent Customer Service by Owen
I was in DID Electrical in Bray and had the pleasure of being served by Owen. He helped me in purchasing my Samsung Galaxy A11 tablet. He was very attentive and friendly. He was even brilliant with my 2 year old daughter who didn't want to leave the shop because she made a new friend.

Purchased A Dyson Hoover And 3 Year extended Warranty From D.I.D ELECTRICAL Tullamore Was Told The Extended Warranty Only Covered The Battery Nothing Else When We Purchase It We Were Told It Covered Accidentally Damaged I Will Never Deal With D.I.D ELECTRICAL Again I Brought My To My Hoover To The Shop 3 Weeks ago They Held It In Shop For 7 Days Before They Sent It Back To Dyson It Is Going On 4 Weeks Now And I Didn't Get Back My Hoover
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY STAFF
I HAD TO RING THE SHOP 3 OR 4 TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWER THE PHONE AND WERE NO HELP
