Paid for and ordered a Xmas present for my daughter on 10/11/20 with the website saying it was in stock end of November. Plenty of time for delivery.
No notification of any delays.

Xmas has gone.
Tried to explain to my daughter why no present.
I even doubted myself I had ordered it until I trawled through my bank statements to find the payment I made in good faith.
Every delivery we get she hopes it is her present.
Nothing. No communication. No Xmas present.

The item I ordered turned up in 2 days, very happy especially considering the pandemic & Christmas are impacting shipping times.
The card I received was in the exact condition stated (near mint) - I couldn't find any imperfections on it.

Purchased Broadgames and MTG singles
Purchased Broadgames and MTG singles. Both come together. Cheapest i found on the Internet. Only negative is around delivery. I paid for 2-3 days. I got the UPS dispatch e-mail on day 2 and it was delivered within 7 days of the purchase. This is standard for boardgames sites but it would be great of the notifications could match the actual delivery.
Great customer service
I placed a pre order for a Christmas present for my husband. I still hadn't received the item after the release date and my order status was still saying 'pre order'. I rang them up and the gentleman I spoke to was very apologetic and explained the reason for the delay. Unfortunately they weren't getting stock until January and I was offered a refund if I could get the game elsewhere. I asked for the refund (which he processed while I was on the phone), it arrived in my PayPal account within minutes which meant I could use that money to pay for the game on a different website. I'm very impressed with the customer service and I know my husband will be happy on Christmas day.
Excellent service
Excellent service. I bought some stuff for my nieces to replace the Harry Potter world trip that was supposed to be their last birthday/Christmas presents - I asked Martin if he could put a note in and he even did it in a Harry Potter font! Ordered online on Saturday, games were delivered on Tuesday to two very happy girls :-)
Cards a no show
The long and short - ordered some MTG singles, 'dispatched' on the 27th October, as of 4th November they still haven't arrived. The one star review however is for the complete lack of response to the message I sent to them through the contact us section of their website. So now I'm out of pocket with no product to show for it.

I bought two of the same items, but one was sent differently.
It is intentional because I put something of the same name with low value.
I was surprised at the British people. The brain seems to have melted in the sugar of black tea.
Misleading with "In Stock Now" and bad customer service
Initially had sent them a message asking about the availability of a product and if they were stocking it but hadn’t had a reply after 2 weeks so did an order for the items I had hoped to order with it anyway and got the other item elsewhere. The order I did do contained a pre-order that they said was coming in the following Monday. Come Monday they said on the site that the pre-order was “X In Stock Now” so I assume that means in stock now and they will send the order. Order was still sitting there Tuesday evening so emailed them about it and also complained about no response to the previous item question, also said I wasn’t happy and doubted I would order from them again after this.
Reply said about my initial question that they didn’t realise they had the same question from two different people and had only answered the other customer. With the Pre-order they said it was somewhat out of their control as they rely on the distributor shipping on time, but they were getting them Wednesday and I would get it Thursday. They also said they hope I could see a way to give them another try in the future
I said to them that putting “In Stock Now” on their site is in their hands and is misleading if they haven’t got the stock. They also didn’t do the order in time on the Wednesday for UPS to collect so it didn’t come until Friday, which I complained about, but they stopped responding to me after the first email so I guess they didn’t really hope for more of my business in the end.

Highly recommend Dice and Decks to anyone. Friendliest people I've dealt with in the hobby - top marks for customer service which is the most important thing to me. I'll be back!
Munchkin Dungheon Purchase
I recently pre-ordered a complete set of expansions for Munchkin Dungeon board game, the process was simple and efficient. Today my parcel arrived, 2 weeks earlier than expected so was a pleasant suprise. The box was sturdy and the items well packed and in perfect condition, clearly the company cares that its products arrive in pristine condition.
