I ordered pink glasses and they are Amythest/purple at best. Very disappointing and wrong description online.
My husband unwrapped them and threw away the packaging so I’m unable to return.

Ordered the Wellington Boot planter, but came broken. Contacted them by phone, and after sending photos, they posted out a replacement which I received the next day. Great service and very helpful.

I started collecting these glasses 2or3 years ago but then they went out of stock so it has taken me a long time. Now have enough large and small tumblers but still waiting for wine glasses to come back in stock. If you are going to stock them you should tell people if they are a long or short sale line or end of stock.

The bench arrived with badly damaged packaging in several places. Torn right through. The bench was only wrapped in one layer of thin bubble wrap which was inadequate.

Great products, excellent customer service

Good solid product, excatly as expected. Now I can clean my walking boots after I walk the dog across muddy fields, but before I get in the house.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the delivery of my six dining chairs When they delivered three of them were absolutely broken and in unusable condition.
I had to repackage and send them back again, keeping the good ones. But the even bigger disappointment came when Customers support told me they don't have any more available in stock and I had to wait for restock until May.
I can't believe how poorly the furniture delivery and packaging was managed. I sincerely hope that at least my wait for the remaining three chairs not to be pointless,because no one would want a dining room with three chairs.
