Marie goes above and beyond. I have a rescue so was worried about how he would react. I explained my worries to Marie and she adjusted things accordingly. My dog has been groomed by Marie for 5 yrs and I wouldn’t change anything 😄

We were recommended Dial a dog wash for our dog, Bertie. I love the fact that the van comes to your home and is fully equipped for all their grooming needs inside. Bertie came back looking amazing and smelling so nice! When we got our rescue, Peggy, we knew that she would be looked after by Dial a dog wash and had no hesitation booking her in for a groom. Peggy had a traumatic past and was very nervous but she was looked after and reassured. I won’t use anyone else now and always recommend when people are looking for groomers for their pets.

Have been using Marie's services for 3 years.
She is so good with my Beagle and he absolutely loves her and gets excited when we say Marie is coming to give him a bath (he has separation anxiety).
He always comes back spotless and smells amazing.
Marie is also brilliant with his claws, he won't let is touch them.
Will always recommend Marie as she really is amazing and such a lovely person.

Diane has been grooming our two dogs for a number of years. Both of which are very nervous dogs. Diane is fantastic with them and always provides a friendly professional grooming service, wouldn’t use anyone else.

Dianne does a lovely job of pampering my dog Kira I would highly recommend.

Dave always cuts my springer spaniels hair,I have 2 girls and they always look wonderful after.I would highly recommend Dave he is very helpful and answers any questions I may have.They are always at ease with him.i wouldn't go anywhere else.Highly recommend Dail a Dog Wash.

We always book Natalie for grooming our dog, She looked after our previous dog too. She has been brilliant with our dogs. Millie comes out looking well groomed & smells absolutely gorgeous. She is friendly & fantastic at her job. 10/10

Our mini schnauzer Harry has been cut but Diane at dial a dog wash for the past couple of years and I’m always so pleased with the service. Diane is always friendly, helpful and always takes good care of Harry while he’s being clipped and pampered. I am always recommending Diane to friends and family in the area. 10/10

I’m always so pleased with the service from Dianne and Dave. Hector loves his pamper sessions and he comes out looking like a puppy. Highly recommend!

Cut my dogs eyelid was blood everywhere had to have stitches and 7 hours in surgery and bloke was so unbothered was disgusted with the attitude of him beware everyone and I’m taking further action my poor dog was in soooo much pain and still recovering now!!!! Avoid at all cost everyone

Chris who covers the Rossendale area has done my Jack Russell 3 times now.
She isn't the friendliest of dogs but Chris is brilliant with her, he does a fantastic job and would definitely recommend him.

I booked with Dial A Dog Wash and got cancelled half an hour beforehand — no apology, no reply. Their Trustpilot mentions “no manners” and a lack of response to complaints.

I contacted my local DaDW groomer who asked me to send a video of my dog. I got no acknowledgement. So i rang again he said he would get back to me. Nothing! Texted him, still nothing. Manners don’t cost anything.

Had my puppy cut for the first time by my local groomer at Dial A Dog Wash thinking it’s convenient as it’s home to home visits and handy to having the worst experience overall. We wanted him cut professionally due to the breed he is and to get him used to a groomer, we would’ve done him ourselves but due to a first groom we felt it was best going professionally but this was the worst mistake by far! We had originally asked for him to wash cut and bow dry my Labradoodle and trim his nails. We had asked for a teddy bear cut due to his breed but it was nothing like we had asked for. He looks a complete different breed. He didn’t even given him the wash we intended for him to do and the nails so now we have a poor puppy shaven down to his skin in these cold winters months, a uneven cut as he only did one side of his moustache and a dog that doesn’t even look like the breed he’s supposed to. He looks completely different and I am appalled. I won’t even get into the details of how rude he was. The guy that groomed my poor puppy wasn’t even a dog lover with the way his mannerisms was and how he spoken to my dog when he became excited to see me after his cut. Wouldn’t recommend this service at all! I’m absolutely ashamed and embarrassed after this service especially after paying full price to get not even the job I first asked for. I could’ve done this better myself!
